I'm really happy this great company is back, and with the fantastic Kombucha product. The lemon gut product tastes very fresh and clean, and the product dissolves extremely well, making a very refreshing drink. I'm looking forward to trying the other products and reaping the health benefits that come with it.
I love the little sachets, so convenient to use on the go, and to make sure you have the required amount, and the subscription is ideal to make sure I never run out.

I absolutely adore the new Kombucha sachets. Pink grapefruit is my favourite and I love mixing mine with Soda water and ice for a delicious drink in the evenings when I’m not drinking. My kids love them too and I know they are getting nutrients too. We take ours travelling and on day trips !

All flavours were great tasting, arrived quickly and mixed really well.

Having searched the internet I ordered Tibico Water Kefir. It’s much nicer, clean and fresh.

SCAM - takes money from customers without sending orders. VERY UNETHICAL. Probably will reopen with new owners. Company house shows they don't even make their own products but OUTSOURCE them. BEWARE.

A lot of people suspect the company has gone bust. By looking on Companies House, you can see that a public liquidation notice has been filed on the 31st of October. The company is roughly £2.3m in the red and is VERY unlikely to fulfil any more orders.

Ordered as usual - got an update saying they unable to send the next delivery as unable to get hold of the raw ingredients. I asked for a refund. Never heard anything back since - shocking company. Like many on here believe gone bust - all those who are owed money should have been refunded. I sincerely hope they don’t reappear under a different brand name after what they have done, disgusting. To think they only recently crowd funded for investment of 000’s too. So disappointing, thought an ethical company with integrity. I’ve recommended to so many people and embarrassed as 2 people had ordered and also not recurved. Shameful. Not to mention I never got my money back and was hundreds of pounds.

3rd delivery of cleanse didn’t come. Not able to get through to the the company through various platforms. No refund.

NOW STILL WAITING WEEKS for replies regarding order that was suspended . NO CONTACT OR REPLY FROM ANYONE !!! No phone available. I think they’ve possibly disappeared with hard earned money ! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !

Same as below. I have ordered from them many times and I’ve always enjoyed their juices. Ordered in august for delivery at the beginning of September and the juices never arrived, I had an automated response from customer services saying they had an issue and would be in touch to arrange refund or re-delivery and then nothing and I have emailed several times. I don’t know how you get your money back if they’ve gone bust. Very annoying.
