Don’t expect items arrive all at once…
Don’t expect items arrive all at once even if it says they will. I received my parcel of four items with only three in it. When contacted Purebaby live chat they said I have received them all.
Shortly after continuously saying I haven’t received one of the items they said it has been shipped separately and I will receive the tracking information soon. In fact, they sent the item once I had requested for them to send it to me ASAP as it was missing.
Due to this not being in any way my fault they still didn’t sent it via express post as I had requested since I need the items all for a holiday in a week. Once I receive items I will return them all for a refund. Have bought before many times but that willl be the last. It is so much nicer to purchase items and support businesses that care enough for their customers and not just the $$$ they get from them.
