A scam, done by marketing

KEEP AWAY, DON'T BUY !!!

I ordered 2 of their "Celestial Luxury Pure Blue Lotus Oil" bottles, mistaken by their commercial videos.

The parcel arrived 15 days later. It was supposed to be delivered by DHL but it was delivered by another company instead. I recieved 5 little bottles instead of 2 : what a generous offer ?! i thought at first...

The smell, though, wasn't of Blue Lotus Oil. So i had a look on the logo of the bottles. The typo was so tiny that I had to use a magnifying glass to read the specie of
the plant distilled : Nymphea Tetragona, the White Dwarf Water Lilly. Nothing like Egyptian Blue Lotus.
It smells awfully strong. I can't use it in aromatherapy. Not even as a perfume. The properties are very different, of course.

So I suspect a quite obvious scam. Everything they tell is made to push you to buy. But nothing is true.

Never submitted order yet card was charged?!

My bank card blocked my purchase b/c the company is overseas. I closed the site and ten minutes later I rec'd the "Fraud alert: Did you try to make this purchase?" text and was instructed to return to the website after the decline to re-submit if I still wanted to make the purchase after I verified it was me. I didn't have time at that point and had already closed the site. However, my card was charged later in the day; I never went back to the site, never re-submitted an order, rec'd no order confirmation...insane they could charge my card and I never completed/submitted the purchase. I am having the charge reversed.

Terrible Product and Zero Customer Service

Received order after two weeks. Oil not only smells terrible but a quarter of the oil was missing from the bottle. Their customer service link does not work when attempting to submit an inquiry. The email addressed used to send the order confirmation goes through but no one responds. No number to call and no option to leave reviews on their website. They have the TrustPilot logo on their website but appears I'm the first to even leave a review. **UPDATE** Their "info" email doesn't work either
