Disgusting flavor and terrible customer service. I didn’t realize I signed up for auto ship. Before the next order I texted to cancel my order. It came anyone. Apparently there is an unsubscribe spot i needed to do. I requested cancellation in an email prior though. They will not refund my money. Like I have money to waste.

Worst product ever, I would rather burn my money than buy this wasteful product. It is not even remotely close to what they advertise and they trick you in to getting a monthly subscription because noone in their right minds will order again from them.

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription and I’ve got no response from the company. Also, they charge a second product in the same month which I did not order. They are a scam.

Do not buy from this company, they middle man other company’s products and sign you up for a subscription with out consent, I bought a 3pack and they said they need to charge $10 on each product to return , I bought a 3pack they sent 3 singles instead of some other company’s product and confirmed they will only refund a few dollars since they are charging me $30 for shipping still, that’s almost the price of the product itself. FAKE NON LEGITIMATE

I wanted to try this diffuser, but I never signed up for a subscription, but my card was just charged. There is no phone number to call, only an email address. I sent an email and haven't gotten a response yet. This is a scam, and I don't even like the diffuser. I would like a refund and to have my card number removed from their system.

Dishonest company. The shipping takes significantly longer than they promise, they secretly sign you up for a subscription and then when I finally received the item I noticed that the ingredients do not even match what they state on their ads or website. I asked for my money back - per their guarantee - and they don't follow through on that either. There are multiple ingredients that are known to be harmful if vaped. Do not buy these.

I would rate a zero if I could! This company is a scam. I got charged twice over $100 and never received one product from them. Emailed and they said they wouldn’t refund although the site says 30 day guarantee. They are a total scam and I will make sure everyone knows

SCAM. I ordered this product on 11/10/25 and have never received anything. I then got a charge for a second order as of 12/4/25. I never agreed to any type of subscription.
There is no place on the website to contact them except an mail..,,no place to cancel a transaction or supposed subscription you did not agree to. Cancelled the debit card associated with this purchase today. SCAM

Scam garbage product. Does not produce any vapor. And they make you pay $30 a month without your knowledge

Oh boy, don't fall for this BS! Ordered these and they are cheap plastic that leak all over your hand. Also when ordering they sign you up for a subscription. I didn't know that so now I am out $140 and stuck with 8 crappy plastic leaky pens. Alisa

Ordered a 3 pack of what I thought were vapes. The product arrived 3.5 weeks after it left China and is the cheapest, most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. It isn't a vape at all; it's literally just a mentholated stick in a cheap plastic tube. Then only 12 days after it arrived I was charged the same amount again, which they say is a subscription that I never signed up for. They will not refund because its already shipped. So I literally paid $140 for 6 cheap sticks in tubes and they wont respond to my emails! DO NOT buy from this company!

Cancel my order and give me my money back!

The diffuser leaks liquid in your mouth so you can't inhale ..I bought 3 and all the same. They would not send a refund although their website says they will with no questions asked.

Do not approach! They will auto renew and not reimburse a dime. And it’s a garbage product, like vaping lotion

This is a scam the product that they send is almost poisonous. They continually charge your credit card and continually send there shit I'm sorry, but that's the best way to describe itsomething needs to be done about this company. Didn't work and they keep stealing money from my bank every month. Issue is now with courts. Avoid the plague, these are total scammers and will steal money from your bank account.
