I contacted them and they saw that I was under warranty and sent me another one. It was a smooth process. I will be buying again as it gives the biggest piece of mind for quality products.

I’m legit just giving them a 5 star revie for the pure fact that all the bad reviews they e received are for a completely different website that has nothing to do with them. I am unable to get the app as they want me to give my bank details. I will not do that, so I have a watch but no way to calibrate it.

Do not buy this watch the readings it displays are inaccurate when compared to readings taken on a calibrated equipment. BPM reading plus 20 and BP readings low. Also the display is very dim and cannot be adjusted. Do not waste your money like I did.

Purchased the watch and discovered it was unusable. Instructions were woeful and unable to read or understand. No chance the watch was ever going to work and not fit for purpose. Once paid for no contact from buyer until it arrived! Purchased through Paypal so have put in a complaint for them to follow up.

Horrible customer service. Their warranty only covers broken zippers according to Nancy. The pillows are 8 months old we ordered 4 of them for $150 each after 8 months they are flat and the cooling system does not work.

Pure Care appears to be not one company but several companies who deny having anything to do with each other.
When the box arrived, there was no indication of what company sent it or who to contact for returns aso. It transpires that you can pull off one end of the strap and poke the watch into a USB socket to charge it. A piece of paper 150 mm x 40 mm with Chinese hieroglyphics purports to be the user manual. Use a strong magnifying glass to peer at the 3 point text then... Scan a 10 mm x 10 mm QR code and download an App which pairs the watch to your smartphone. (So far, this pairing has not worked and the watch has not synchronised the time or started work properly although it is keeping a random start time and date from when it was charged.)

Luckily I only purchased 1 of these fitness watches. Absolute garbage. The instructions are so small you need a powerful magnifier to read (but don't bother as the instructions are a joke). Trying to get this to connect to your phone is another joke. Avoid this product like the plague.

Their screw-in security camera seemed to function to a degree, but the app was balky and I had to constantly reload it. This, however, is irrelevant to this report. I'll try to make this as short as possible: From the day I received the camera I spent about a week trying to get it to function and then realized it would not work for me at all, and definitely in the desired location. In the third week from receipt I requested a USA address to return the camera for full refund, as promised on the original ad. When they would not give me an address my 30 days, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Buy Pure Care, during those days, offered me sequential offers to refund $10, 20, $30, and finally $40 if I would simply keep the camera. I finally agreed to a $40 credit (to cut my losses), but it was rejected by my credit card company as there was a standing dispute. For TWO MONTHS Buy Pure gave me every excuse in the book as to why they COULD NOT process a refund to my credit card but insisted on my giving them my PayPal info to get a refund in that manner. I must have exchanged 20 or more emails with them. They finally agreed in writing to a refund and said it would process in 3-5 business days. It was no surprise that it never processed at all. In writing, they finally disclosed that THEIR third-party card processor would not process a refund on a transaction that was previously challenged by a dispute filing. So, with good documentation I filed another dispute (for failure to refund on an acknowledged responsibility and agreement to do so) and my dear credit card company has settled the dispute in my favor by crediting me and debiting Oceanpay*buypurecare, Hong Kong. This has been a terrible, protracted ordeal, and by being persistent I now finally have a proper credit from my credit card company. I do hope my credit card company can now force a debit on Oceanpay, the third-party processor for Buy Pure Care.

I live alone, my husband John died last year and was looking forward to have this as a tool to keep me safe from unwanted/unkown people. All I want is to return my two cameras and get a refund. Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Refuses to give RMA, return address or phone number. Told me to try to resell them at a flea market instead of returning the product. These cameras do not work with my light fixtures and I want to return them.

I had the misfortune of coming into contact with PureCare over the past month when I placed an order 01 October 2022.
Their idea of Customer Service is a pathetic joke! They have no concept of the term. They have no consideration or empathy.
After an entire month, I was still waiting for the order I spent the best part of £100 on. They deliberately LIED to me, saying attempts to deliver items were made to my residence - but I was at home on EVERY occasion - not one soul knocked my door!
The clincher for me, was when they told me they were "out of stock" for the item I purchased a month earlier - and it would take ANOTHER TWO WEEKS to arrive. This was a blatant bald-faced lie! What were the delivery men "attempting" to deliver if the parcel was "out of stack". Where was my "parcel" then? Were they admitting it never existed in the first place?
The upshot is - I want nothing to do with thieves and liars, so I cancelled the order and demanded a refund. I have no time for companies who do not realise that they cannot survive without customers in the first place. I do not appreciate disrespect and being lied to.
It won't be too long before this company bites the dust!

I wish I had researched this further b/f purchasing 4 of these useless cameras. I bought four and can't find a phone number to contact for refund. This company needs to be shut down scamming innocent people out of their hard earned money trying to stop people from stealing and yet they are stealing from me. What a ripoff. They shall reap what they sowed....
The Camera does not work if you have 5 g wifi. Found out with the last line on the very small fine print. No charging connections provided from this chinese company even if they stated that it was in the box. Didn't bother trying to send it back as I was not given a return address. Gave it to friend to try on his farm.
We didn’t find reviews before purchasing the camera yet decided to try it. Doesn’t work with our 5g system. Customer service offered $15 credit or an option to spend $20 more for a 5g device. No charger came with it. We have no choice but to keep it now since they don’t offer refunds. Customer service told us we can sell it on the second hand market for income. Ridiculous. Waste of money. Don’t buy!
I wrote a review for this site with an experience I had on September 26, 2022. After posting, I realized there is a company out there with the website: buypurecare.com that obviously took advantage of purecare.com's previous rating on their bedding products. These are not the same company. buypurecare.com sells watches, camera, speakers and other household items. When you need to return something you will probably receive multiple useless emails and offers to keep the item(s) for a reduced price. The only way I found to get my money back was to dispute the charge with my credit card company. It took a little time and effort but was worth it. Keep a good paper trail of the emails and proof of purchase. Maybe if enough people will dispute the charges they will stop selling junk and provide some worthwhile customer service.
