Parts came in a timely manner, good prices on said parts. But no stickers, I’m always hoping for new stickers with any purchase as expensive as my last one.

I have been buying Parts from Garret and his team for over 20 years, they are always who I use

Got all my parts ordered found everything I needed, got them very quickly! One part I ordered is backordered and they were quick to respond to Inform me that it will be late but when item does come in I’ll receive info and tracking for it. I have no issue with the waiting because they contacted me asap on it and really appreciate it!

The customer service (michelle) took care of my mistake on ordering and kept contact on updates until order was recieved......thanks!

Pure Diesel Power on 9/16/2024 re-asserted their innocence in trying to bribe me to change my Trustpilot review regarding a transaction involving IMO Sales Misrepresentation. The HPOP lines I bought from them didn't work. Apparently PDP complained to Trustpilot who removed my second review. Here's my reply to Trustpilot, after which Trustpilot re-posted my second review:

Yes, Trustpilot, you got it wrong. Pure Diesel Power is the vendor.

1. I consulted with Pure Diesel Power Sales and Tech Support before buying to ensure the product would fit my vehicle.
2. I bought from Pure Diesel Power.
3. Product Pure Diesel Power sole me/I bought didn't fit my vehicle.
4. Pure Diesel Power Tech Support referred me to its 'manufacturer', DieselSite for technical support. On behalf of Pure Diesel Power, DieselSite attempted but failed to help me resolve the issue with the product.
5. Per Pure Diesel Power, I returned the non-working product to Diesel Site.
6. Pure Diesel Power eventually refunded the product purchase amount but refused to refund the shipping cost for the part they said (see #1 above) would fit my vehicle.
7. Pure Diesel Power's female rep called me and asked if I would remove my negative review and give Pure Diesel Power an excellent rating if she refunded my shipping cost.
8. I told Pure Diesel Power's female rep that if she refunded the shopping cost, the additional parts I bought from an industry standard supplier, and mileage expense for the numerous round trips I made to the supplier at GSA mileage rates, I would change the review and give Pure Diesel Power an excellent rating.
9. I disputed the charge with American Express, based on Sales Misrepresentation by Pure Diesel Power.
10. Pure Diesel Power sent many pages of documentation to American Express from Pure Diesel Power and DieselSite including my emails with them.
11. American Express denied my claim based on Diesel Site's claim that I returned previously installed product that could not be re-sold.
12. I reviewed the original transaction with Pure Diesel Power including their 'manufacturer' interaction on their behalf, DieselSite, on Trustpilot.
13. I reviewed the second transaction, my claim of Sales Misrepresentation including Pure Diesel Power's IMO fraudulent interaction with American Express on Trustpilot.
14. The Part did not fit on my vehicle.
15. Pure Diesel Parts, a vendor Trustpilot supports, tried to bribe its customer to change a poor review and rating. Is this Trustpilot's and its vendor's ethical standard?
16. So if a transaction and its follow-up transactions are too uncomfortable for Trustpilot and the vendor it supports, Trustpilot removes the review? Is that really what Trustpilot does?
17. BTW, PureDieselPower apparently drop-ships from DieselSite, but claims DieselSite is their manufacturer. DieselSite told me they purchase the product that didn't fit from a third-party manufacturer. So I was dealing with 2 middlemen, neither of which accepts responsibility for their product not fitting.
Please re-post my review(s). You can tell I'm persistent when treated badly by a vendor, then insulted by their claims that the reason the part didn't fit was my skill level.

When I was instructed to ship my HPOP to an address, and learned well a week after that I was given the incorrect address to ship it to. Three weeks later I am still waiting for my HPOP with out any HPOP being sent to me my engine and vehicle still waiting parts. Talked with customer support they will not send me any parts to satisfy this customer. The parts are already paid for they should do something for this customer I am being held hostage they have my original HPOP still and my money now for 3 weeks. Terrible customer support at this end user. Will not do business again here.

Pure Diesel Power is fast with the right part at a grate price I'm working on my LB7 it's a work truck I'm not building a show truck but with Pure Diesel Power you can get stack quality parts I don't need a billet flex plait but if I did, I could get that or just a plain after market replacement and in like 3 days it was at my door Thanks

I am happy with Pure Diesel Power. I've purchased quite a few items from them and don't have anything negative to say. Seems like a great company.

I messed up a little with making my order but Eddie from their customer service was a big help and he sorted it out for me, and answered all my questions. Definitely recommended getting parts from here.

The products I ordered were shipped on time and arrived in excellent condition and the tracking was great

Great service and fast shipping im stoked on my exhaust system I did have to modify the 2 piece down pipe as I do not have a CCV on my truck so I cut the flange off the bottom down pipe other than that its great.
