great product, BAD BIZ PRACTICES

great product, but 1 star for SHADY BIZ PRACTICES!!!
I received a confirmation on Feb 9th that I successfully cancelled my monthly subscription, but somehow I received a package on Feb 25th. When I emailed the company, the best they could say was that it was too late, and I could refuse delivery of the erroneous order, and once they received it back, I would be refunded. Like most working professionals, I cannot sit around waiting for the mail. And now that I was unable to refuse the order, the only way to get a valid refund is to pay more money to ship the package back to them - NOPE!! I emailed them the following...

"Do Better!
Having a great product won't make up for bad biz practices. First, you bait-and-switched the buy 1, get 1 offer by changing the package count.
Now, a written cancellation confirmation means nothing, since I still received an order.
From your 2 stars on Trustpilot, I am not the only customer with this opinion".

They scam most customers

They scam most customers . If buy 1 get 1 promotion if you get anything you'll only get one. Or they will purposefully put the wrong address and try to say it was delivered. Post office confirmed my address was not the one listed but it's correct in my info on their site, and confirmed it wasn't even a package sent but a "letter " of some sort

Total scam company

Total scam company. Each bag says 60 gummies so when you order the buy one GET ONE FREE you should get 120 . They say oh no one order is 30. So you Don't get your free 60 just the 60 as printed on the bag

PURE EDGE IS A SCAM

The one time I don't check a company's reviews & I get scammed. I've contacted my financial institution about Pure Edge, and reported them as online fraud & theft to the online FBI website. I may have gotten scammed, but I'll do what I can to stop them from scamming others. It's no surprise they're in sh*thole California. Nothing but a bunch of thieves, liars & losers. They fit right in there in Cali.

Firstly order was never received…

Firstly order was never received (tracking stopped weeks ago out of state somewhere) then was placed into a subscription that could not be canceled (the page is down), customer service number is a disconnected phone, emails do not get returned. Just charged for a second bag when the first was not received despite notifying them that I did not want the subscription. The company is a farce and are stealing peoples money without any regard or decency.

I ordered buy one get one. I only received one. I've contacted them multiple times, zero response. I also did not receive whats advertised. The bag I received you can buy at Walmart for 20 bucks. Today they tried to charge my credit card I had it reversed and blocked 🚫. I do not recommend them. I'm wearing patches now from a great site and I feel great.

This company PURE EDGE seems to a bunch of CRAP!

This company PURE EDGE seems to be fraudulent. I placed an order early August 2025. It said it would ship in 1-2 days. DUHHHHH still waiting Pure Edge????? Today will be 3.5 weeks not 1-2 days. I have tried and tried to get a hold of them. The email they provide is NEVER answered. The phone # they provide NO ONE EVER ANSWERs!!!!!!!!!!!

They don’t even deserve a 1 star

They don’t even deserve a 1 star. It took a month to receive the email that the item was delivered. However it was never received by me. I contacted the company several times and they told me to check my mailbox 🤬 then they said sorry check with post office. Post office doesn’t know anything and it was apparently put in the wrong mailbox. So I’m out money and I’m never doing business with them.
