This gym is too expensive for what it has to offer. The platform recently has rebranded, but it still seems like it's very much out of date in their tech (the app, website). On top, the gym equipment is lacking in my area (Vestamager) for paying 350dkk a month. Had to cancel.

Another scam company making it deliberately imporssible to stop a subscription. Their employee told us that the subscription is successfully cancelled back in March, yet bills still keep coming. We even had to cancel Betallingservice ourselves yet they're still harassing us.

Update: Their "contact" email doesn't work - emails are returning with an error.

Update 2: They’ve contacted us and claiming that we didn’t cancel subscription and they’re demanding more payments. Their underpaid employee screwed up and they’re unwilling to admit it. Pathetic company.

Meget motiverende center at komme i. God atmosfære og høj standard på service. Der er god energi i lokalerne, hvilket er ekstra motiverende i ens egen træning. :)

Hello everyone. My name is Yuliia and I do not recommend Pure Gym to those who do not speak Danish well. My review is about the PureGym on the Søborg Hovedgade 27.
During my membership, I have not received any invoices at all, neither to my email nor text message and no one has called me. When I asked a question at the reception, I was told: “You are fine and everything is paid” (during 3 months), and when I decided to come to the class in a couple of weeks after, my entry card was no longer valid. The girl at the reception desk could not explain to me clearly my further actions and called for help. The guy (her colleague) said that I could call the phone number on the PureGym website and he would also enter information about my situation into the system and they would call me. No one contacted me after that.
Long story short, instead of paying for 3 months, I paid for 7 or even more monthes. The best solution is to pay, otherwise your case will be taken to court.

Hello, there was a serious problem with my new membership in the fitness center. I hope you will solve the problem. My membership expired at the end of April. And I applied for a new membership from Tagensvej on May 1st that I was not member. Later I realized that there were some mistakes. I go to glostrup center and most of the time there is problem. Sometimes bathroom, sometimes hairdryer and tools in the center

It always feels amazing as soon as I go into the gym hall. It makes me happy seeing that the elderly are always present in the gym, taking care of their health.

The Kildeskovshallen centre is a really friendly gym with good equipment and not often that busy. I never need to hang around and wait for machines.
