Bunch of Pakistani people with a racist mindset towards Indians.
Wasted two years of my life working for this no accountability company and firing employe based on internal politics.

Only work if you are Pakistani national

What can you expect from a company that uses AI fakes to hype their products. Gupta didn’t make a honey based cure for dementia and he posted that his likeness and others were AI fakes. Do your research of all claims by anyone and everyone.

This company is a marketing predator, pay with your cc and prepare to cancel it because they will pretend you subscribed once they have your cc and keep sending you the product. When I was ordering one supplement I couldn't get past a bombastic repetition of offers that kept suggesting 3 bottles of this, and then another 3 bottles of that until I got so mad I left the site, and the one supplement I ordered to sample their product at a discount was then sent to me at full price, and without warning sent again a month later.
PURE SCAM METHODOLOGY. NO CUSOMER RESPECT.

So this is the company that owns Circle Health Group in UK, a company whose delays are on a par with the NHS, so much for paying the extra for poor service

I ordered a shoulder massage for rotator cuff injury, and received a knee massager. I contacted and was told the knee unit is very versatile….etc. no, no their website shows two different products at quite separate prices. This is obviously a ripoff. Oh and 60 day return promise? I am trying.

I visited this pure health airport terminal 3 and found overall services good, the staff was well responsive and promptly handling my service. I took rapid PCR and got results
with in 15 minutes.

I used their service to perform PCR testing, but they did not respect the promised delivery time for result, so I had to cancel my flight.
After many back and forth with customer service, they didn't refund me. Very unprofessional, i strongly advise to go somewhere else.

Veryy worst experience from Sharjah airport..... Such a bad customer service from counter no. 20. On 01/01/2022 at 9.30 PM... 9 hours I'm waiting for the result in auh border.... Still waiting very worst result timing better other PCR tests came within 2hours.... In purehealth it takes more than 24 hours...

Visited their Al Sajaa shopping centre covid 19 PCR test centre. Very rude staff, bad management. No sanitizers were available at the cente, improper seating arrangements, no line discipline. A young guy (Pakistani or Indian) was however trying to manage visitors but in very bad and immature manner, he was moving people from here to there without any proper plan what to do, and was very rude with people. He was helping some people to jump the cue.
Hundreds of people were there for PCR test, only one cashier was there who was not so expert with the card payment machine.

People are paying for PCR Test and still Purehealth could not provide hygienic environment there.

Totally disappointed with the place, environment and management behaviour.

Please stay away from them!
I booked a PCR test for COVID-19 with Pure Health and took the test at one of their approved laboratories.

I was assured that I would get my test results in time before my flight. They also noted down the exact time of my flight.

On the next day, I followed up on the phone to see whether the results were ready. I was advised to contact Pure Health for any further updates.

Pure Health did not respond to my email. I contacted the online chat on the third day, where it was confirmed that my results were still not ready.

And so I ended with no results, no guarantees as to when the test would be ready and no direct contact (it was refused to me on their online chat) and wasted money.

Pure Health promises test results within 24-48 hours.

Please avoid this company at all costs!
