Pure Homecare, provide an excellent service - they are efficiently affective from the moment you get in touch. Their admin staff are approachable and kind, their on-boarding process smooth and sensitive and their staff truly amazing! The staff cared for my Mother (81) before passing, she had MND and they cared for her with as much kindness as you would offer your own family member. My father (83) adores them and can't wait for them to arrive. The are trustworthy, kind, always going the extra mile. My Mother, went blue, they reacted immediately allowing us to bring her back. My Father had a fall, knocking his head, his carer called the ambulance and administered first class care.
