This review is for Pure Line Clinic in Istanbul, Turkey. My husband had his procedure with Dr. Mesut in October 2025. We travelled from Canada and chose the “Black” package.
Communication:
Dr. Mesut and his team, especially Selim, were excellent to deal with. Dr. Mesut took the time to do a video consultation with us, explained the process clearly, and answered all our questions. After that, Selim was always available, quick to respond, and very helpful. He followed up daily after the procedure until all the scabs were gone, which gave us a lot of reassurance.
Procedure:
Selim kept me informed throughout the day, which really helped ease any worry. My husband did feel pain during parts of the procedure, but he mentioned the technicians were attentive and continued applying local anesthesia to keep him as comfortable as possible. One thing we appreciated was that there was no bleeding from the donor area afterward. Even when the bandages were removed the next day, they were clean. He did experience swelling on the first day, but it stayed above the eyes and didn’t worsen. We followed the aftercare instructions closely, which helped manage the side effects. In total, he received 3,350 grafts across the hairline, crown, and temples.
Results:
At almost six months in, we’re happy with the hairline results. The crown and temples areas are still quite light. I raised this with Selim during the first wash, and he explained that the doctor did not want to over-harvest from the donor area. While we understand that approach, we felt there may have been room for a few more grafts to improve density in those areas. Overall, we are satisfied, though fuller coverage in the crown and temples would have made the outcome even better.
Recommendation:
We would recommend Pure Line Clinic, especially for those looking for a more personalized experience, as they schedule only one procedure per day.

Dr Mesut and the team at PLC completed my surgery 10 months ago and I couldn't be happier. No one could ever tell that I had the surgery and my only regret was not getting it done sooner. This practice is super professional, communicate effectively, and certainly should be your go to for hair restoration. I also had Regenera Activa treatment and my existing hair is much thicker now!

Complaint Regarding Substandard Care and Unprofessional Conduct - Pure Line Clinic - Fayez De Guise- January 13,2022

During the four-hour hair transplant procedure, I experienced a significant break in the process which Selim ignored. When I attempted to address this, he engaged in a protracted and unprofessional argument, lasting one and a half hours, despite my bleeding scalp and considerable distress. Other clinic staff even intervened, advising him to cease his aggressive behavior, but he refused. His conduct was unacceptable, bordering on psychopathic, and I seriously considered calling the Authorities.
I am writing to complain about the substandard care and unprofessional conduct I received at Pure Line Clinic from Selim during a hair transplant procedure. Selim ignored a significant problem during the procedure, engaging in a lengthy argument despite my distress. Additionally, the promised airport transfer was not provided, nearly causing me to miss my flight.

I am currently 6 months after my procedure with Pure Clinic. The results are nothing less than exactly what they said they would be, if you follow their instructions. I am happy with the results so far and would recommend them to anyone who would need the procedure.

For me, the entire hair transplant procedure with Pure Line Clinic was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Not only the city was beautiful, but also the hotel. For me, the story was so funny because my English skills leave something to be desired. But my extraordinary helper, Selim, solved this problem very quickly. That way, if someone doesn't accept it just because of a lack of language skills, don't worry, you'll be in good hands. My primary helper, Selim, explained everything very nicely until I fully understood. I could/can turn to him with questions at any time, you can always count on him. Doctor is also very kind, and they are always quick to help me. The hotel staff and the drivers also helped a lot, for example they carried my stuff after the surgery.

Absolutely amazing service from Pure line. Selim & the team take care of everything from the moment you land to even now 2 years later still receiving checkup texts. I can’t recommend them enough. It’s taken 10 plus years off my appearance. Before pic take April 2022 after pic June 2024. But you will be please with things after 6/8 months & one year will be amazing.

Pure Line delivered on what they promised. I was quite nervous regarding the many hair transplant clinics in Turkey but safe to say I picked the right one. Communication was excellent and honest, they answer every question I had. The team are efficient and professional, there are no tricks or hidden catches. Selim took care of me wonderfully, he made sure I had all the information I needed and was very clear in his communication and was great at calming me down and setting realistic expectations. Pure Line Clinic is decent, clean, professional and has a very friendly team. You already feel that warmth as soon as you enter. I had a revision hair transplant . Dr. Mesut is a competent, qualified, friendly and very caring physician. He listens to your problems one by one and creates the hair line that best suits your face in the most natural way. I went to Istanbul and was overwhelmed with the amount of surgeon choices. I decided to choose from 20 on Google results, narrowed it down to 8 due to fabricated reviews. Looked up a video of the 4 cons of hair transplant surgeries in Istanbul which was also a helpful video, that allowed me to narrow it down to 4, one of which was Pure line. My interpreter/consultant Selim was very transparent and informative, he answered all my questions and also gave me information that were selling points to choosing Pure line. The biggest one was that I would only have one doctor and one assistant conducting the surgery. This team from the "boutique" clinic were very helpful and informative and after a week I already saw promising results. It's been a month and I'm happy with the progress. I'm a real client, if you have any questions, lmk and I'll give you my insight to my experience. Totally happy so far, will update soon!

I had my HT back in March 2022 and overall experience were good from the booking, transfers(airport to hotel to hospital). There are only some minor hiccups like i was drop-off with the wrong hotel upon my arrival, my hotel accomodation were change short noticed(1week prior to HT) ending up with not so good accommodation apart from that everything went well. Selim-the HT coordinator was very helpful answering all my queries and concern he guided my throughout the process and also promply advices me with my aftercare.
The HT procedure lead by Ms Canan were amazing- She draw the hair line layout, extraction and channel opening and implantation. She also does the prp and washing 2 days post HT.
With regards of my recovery, its a slow progress in my case as i have to maintain my hair buzz until month five as the sheeding phase took awhile. Nonetheless, im completely happy with my result and i would highly recommend Pureline Clinic for those who wanted to have hair restoration.

I can't say enough things about the care and treatment I have received from Pure Line Clinic. All staffs are the epitome of professionalism and exceptional customer focused care. They took care of all the logistics, that means you don't need to worry about the hotel, and transportation. You will get 5 star hotel for your entire stay and a complete pick and drop service from the airport to the hotel and clinic will be taken care of Selim personally will be there to answer all your questions.

In my case, every process was explained in a great detail and everyone was very intent on making me comfortable. I found their practice very safe and the team extremely skilled and professional. Before procedure during the consultation, they carefully listened to my concerns on hairline design, implants numbers, etc. and they answered all the questions until I was satisfied. The procedure went very smooth and almost was pain free.

Whereas, I have heard stories from many friends that their procedure was very painful and they paid lot more than what I have paid as well as they are not happy with the outcome. It's been six months since I had my transplant done, and everyone is already noticing a great change. My hairline looks perfectly natural and no one can tell I ever had any transplant done. I would highly recommend this place for any hair transplant or cosmetic surgery needs.

I am very impressed with the professional approach of Pure Line. I had a recent FUE hair transplant in Istanbul on 25th April 2021. I was very impressed by the way I was looked after by the clinic and Selim. They are very trustworthy and professional. I wish the after care package was also included in the all inclusive price.
