Easy to deal with.
I purchased a spun down quilt. The courier that delivered it left it outside a snooker centre that had been closed for over a year, and of course someone walked off with it... My first thought was great I've lost that and have a fight on my hands to sort it out!!!!
I contacted the company, the lady I dealt with could not have been more helpful. She assured me that a new quilt would be sent out, with a different courier. That's exactly what happened.. Brilliant excellent service.
The quilt is really nice, it's a 13.5 tog very light but warm, and feels like marshmallow..
