I had same issue as other reviewer

I had same issue as other reviewer, roller ball oil has little to no scent, sent a email and was told this:
Meaning, it’s physically impossible for one batch of Pure Love Essences to smell different and/or have a different potency than the next batch. No accountabilty to look into issue, purchased this product a year ago, and the two items side by side 100% have a different fragrence potency. This is to bad as I felt this was a great line, however when they take no steps to look into and say it is impossible, they are calling me a Liar, and I dont spend money with companies like that. Listen to your customer and at least take effort to look into!!
