Looks like a Fraud

Looks like a Fraud

Ordered 2 shawls, and within few hours realized getting a better deal at debenhams, and contacted for order cancellation.

No response to email, no response to automated message on website, and on top of that they don't have a customer service telephone number.

Next day morning, recived a text for shipping of good from royal mail with a tracking number which is not valid.

wow........

Will trigger dispute with Paypal.

We got there in the end!

I placed an order with Pure Luxuries on 6th July - I received an immediate confirmation of my order. On the 10th July I received an email telling me the item was out of stock. By way of apology I was given a discount code to use on my next order, so I decided to order the same bag in a different colour, but at checkout I was told that the code wasn’t valid - talk about adding insult to injury!

Update on review -after email correspondence with Dan, I have since ordered the bag in a different colour at the original discounted price.

Cheeky

The quality was good. However, they were cheeky. I ordered a pair of earrings on their website. The original price was £85, it was half price, I bought it £42.50. After I placed the order, I found out Next website also had this brand and it was £35. I feel this company is not very honest. I returned the earring.

Excellent service and good value

I ordered a holdall that arrived very quickly even though it was close to Christmas. It was lovely but my partner decided he would prefer a different colour. I enquired about an exchange and the response from customer service was immediate, polite and helpful. I was able to send the bag back free of charge and had the replacement within a week. Incredible service and good value, I'm happy to recommend.

Ordered couple gold n rose gold…

Ordered couple gold n rose gold necklace for gifts, opened the packaging and it had a very strong glue smell that gave me a headache in instant..not really satisfied with the item itself.
No sign of pure luxuries however.
Just a feedback please just don’t use the word luxury start working with it.

Surprised

I purchased a bear hardwear Forest Odinn leather wallet in April 2020 for the crazy price of £13.50 with an overtly broadcast 50% discount code on the product page. Rare you see websites advertise their own discount codes and even rarer the discount is for 50%. Wallet arrived in 48HRS with free postage in its own branded carboard box. The whole package was very well presented.

Even at £27 I anticipated this would be a low quality wallet that wouldn't last six months. Seven months later and it's still going without complaint. The stitching is still intact and the wallet still has that distinctive leather smell. Whether that smell is faux or genuine leather I don't know.

I'm impressed with the purchase and with Pure luxuries.

Beautiful handbag

Beautiful handbag. Received within 2 days of order. Beautifully made, worth the £89 I paid for it, not sure I'd have been happy to pay the full price of £178 though. The interior of the bag is quite cheaply made, not to the standard I'd have expected from a "luxury" item. Sadly the colour (chestnut) I'd chosen was more burgundy/wine so I have decided to return.

Excellent service

I have placed several orders over a 3 year period, each time I got excellent service and lovely products. Only once did I decide the product wasn't quite what I wanted and returned it, received a refund almost as soon as the product had been received back with them. Excellent.

I love their handbags and purses

I love their handbags and purses, I now have 3 bags and 3 purses all different styles but all beautiful quality , I shall definitely be looking at their site for more things and Christmas presents . Their service is amazingly quick and comes very well packed .

Perfect service

Ordered a leather bag on the 1st of July and it arrived on the 3rd. I opened up the parcel with the usual trepidation but everything was perfect, a beautiful leather holdall. I would highly recommend this company.

I've just received a tote bag purchased through Debenhams Store. It's a Christmas present for this year (2020). I just need to know the country of origin the leather is sourced? If it's from China I won't be happy, I can't find a label inside the bag giving me this information.

Not happy I could not find s telephone…

Not happy I could not find s telephone number for customer services to cancel the order I made 20 minutes ago. Nor did I receive an acknowledgement email. They took my money in seconds though.
I just don't trust this transaction and need a six digit code to guvr to my bank.
I have sent them three emails.
Has anyone else experienced this?
It just feels all wrong.

Edge Bifold Wallet

After leaving a review where i raised my concerns that there was immediate fraying of the stitching on the card slots, i am pleased to say that after removing the loose threads the fraying has disappeared and i am very happy with the appearance, quality and performance of my wallet. Also noting that the manufacturer responded straight away to my negative review by offering to resolve the problem, which in the end wasnt necessary because there was nothing wrong with the product. I am sorry for any negative publicity caused and hope that this positive review helps to address. I would recommend this wallet.

Hi I posted last year that my son had…

Hi I posted last year that my son had had one of your bags for his 18th and had barely used it (it looks like new) the zip broke. I was offered a 10% discount on any future purchases, which wasn't what I wanted. I was hoping the company would offer a solution to repair the bag. His twin brother was given the same bag in a different colour and just tended to use the bag on special trips away and that still looks in good condition. Guess what!? the zip has gone on this one as well. Luxury products you may think you sell but the quality of materials you are using must be substandard for this to happen twice. With regards to the first bag I took it to Timpsons and the gentleman there stitched the zip where it kept coming apart. Its not a perfect solution but has mean my son has still been able to use it and they didn't charge. Funny how some companies are so helpful whilst others aren't. Now that the other bag has broken they will be heading for recycling and I shall probably replace them with a Barbour holdall which my older son has had much longer and the zip has remained intact.
