The delivery had authority to leave which I didn’t request and the parcel was left in the lobby and no name could be find. They had to figure out who it was for

The presentation was beautiful, the products were of high quality, and everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. It made a wonderful gift and was clearly put together with care and attention to detail. Highly recommend for anyone looking to send a thoughtful, premium hamper. However, the courier delivered it to the wrong unit. I had listed Unit 3, but after the company shared the delivery image, I realised the package had been left at Unit 2 instead. Apart from that delivery mix-up, the service and hamper itself were excellent.

Delivered, even when they couldn't deliver!
While Purely Gourmet wasn't able to deliver a hamper to the location I wanted, the customer service was spot on. They let me know straight away what they could/couldn't do so that I could make alternative arrangements. I will certainly be using them in the future.

What a pleasure it was to purchase a hamper from this great company. This service was very fast from Melbourne to Sydney as I ordered on Sunday long weekend and received it on Wednesday – fantastic. The packaging was excellent too, not to mention the products in the hamper that I selected – they were exceptional. Purely Gormet is my go to place for ordering any hampers I will need in the future.
