Terrible customer service
Worst customer service I have ever received ever. I bought 6 Coleman gas canisters, one was ok the other 6 didn't work. I bought them in March 2020 but due to lockdown, didn't need a new one til June 2020. When I contacted customer services a few times, they asked for photos of the canisters, advised me to try screwing in my stove to different levels of tightness. I complied, tried their suggestions, sent them photos. Then today I get a message saying sorry we can't do anything because you didn't report this within 30 days. No refund no replacement. How can any company sell products that don't work and then say tough, we are not going to help you in a fair and honest way. Purely Outdoors should be ashamed of themselves. First and last time I buy anything from them, and will not be recommending them to anyone.

AVOID! BOUGHT A SUNCAMP AWNING, RIPPED FIRST TIME WE USED IT. REQUEST A REPLACEMENT WHICH THEY SAID WASN'T COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY, DIDN'T WANT TO KNOW! I'VE HAD TENTS AWNINGS FOR 30 YEARS AND NEVER EXPERIENCE SUCH POOR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICES

Very helpful company
Very helpful company. Bought a caravan cover from them last year. There was a manufacturing defect on it. They contacted the manufacturer for me straight away and got it replace. A lot of companies would have just fobbed me off to manufacturer directly. Would definitely use again.
