Great way to take carbs on a run
I normally struggle to take gels but so far these products have been fantastic, easy on the stomach and I love the screw top.

I chose Purendure because I really appreciate their commitment to making their products sustainable, with all natural ingredients and recyclable packaging.
They definitely work in terms of giving you an energy boost when your running low and I notice a tangible boost in performance after eating one.
The flavour is good, I tried both the banana and the mango, and I like both but definitely prefer the banana. I will say, you can taste the dates more than I was expecting though, so if you don't like dates they might not be for you!

Long distance running made easy
A great sports nutrition product for easier digestion and gentle on the stomach. It's easy to swallow and doesn't need water to get rid of a thick, sticky gel in your mouth. The fact that the lids are resealable also means you don't end up with sticky residue from empty packets. Swift delivery. A fantastic company all round!

A good alternative to typical gels
This is my own opinion where I am sure others will have different preferences, so firstly I would like to add the the experience in terms of delivery, packaging and product quality are top notch 👌
However, I didn't get on well with the texture and goopiness of the gel. I was expecting more of a paste. The flavour was not bad but not my favourite either.
I think a lot of folks will like these so they are absolutely worth a go if your looking for a fruit based alternative to gels but just not for me in their current form.

These gels are phenomenal, I usually struggle with energy gels and how they are in my stomach, but these are just something else. Taste great, great consistence as well.

Easy energy boost for longer runs
Easy energy boost for longer runs. Prompt delivery. The banana flavour is great, but I found the mango a bit too sweet. The texture is great and it’s easy to consume while on the move.
