Customer service do not reply to your email. Especially when customer claim product is not effective, or damaged and wrong product delivered. On the ingredient it does not specify the oil are cold pressed. Example their neem oils are being diluted and it’s not 100% cold pressed which is a big scam and it does not and won’t have any effect on gardening purposes

Quick order. Very efficient delivery.
Just having a problem with the pump. Have never used a pimp for a gallon jug. It does not close open easily. Off the top. To open the whole thing comes out. I’m sure it’s me who doesn’t have the knack. Will experiment more
