Pure Quartz has an excellent choice of materials and designs. Having looked around at a number of other providers, we found exactly what we wanted with Pure Quartz. Following installation, we are extremely happy with the outcome.

Do not use this company, they are very unprofessional, unkind, and inexperienced in quartz kitchen work surfaces.  We have been constantly trying to get hold of them by email and phone calls for the past few months. They did the quartz worktop for our kitchen and we suffered several delays, bodges to sort miscuts, left scrapes and marks on the work surface, didn't polish the underside of the slab at the end of the island unit where it is exposed, tried to do 'filler pieces' which look very unsightly, and now we have had a large crack appear on the worktop where they had obviously cut too deep on the underside causing it to crack with the lightest of pressure! 
If you are considering ordering from PureQuartz, please read this first!We ordered a quartz worktop in March 2022 for our new kitchen project. When quoting, PureQuartz weren't the cheapest but were desperate for the order so they matched another quote that we were given. When they came to template for the worktop, they all of a sudden added an extra £1,000 to the cost because of an 'unforseen cost' - we have no option but to proceed given the timescales.When they came to fit the worktop, many of the slabs were cut to the incorrect size meaning that they had to cut smaller bits to fill in - this resulted in a very bodgy looking job. The corners of the worktop were cut to different profiles - there is no consistency in their work. One of the slabs didn't come in time therefore the project deadline was missed. When they came to fit the remaining slab about 7 weeks later, this was also cut to the incorrect size. They told us that they had to go back to the workshop because one of their tools had broken - when they returned they told us that the real reason was that they had cut the slab to the incorrect size and had to go back to the workshop to cut a new peice so they could complete the job - the tool wasn't broken as they had initally told us. We have a waterfall worktop on the island unit and they didn't polish the underside of the worktop where it is exposed. Since the work has been completed we have had numerous problems. PureQuartz force you to agree that you are happy with the worktop before they leave and also demand the money. Please beware - not all problems with the worktop are immediately apparent. We noticed that in our main island unit there is a large line across the whole worktop which doesnt come off with standard stain remover. You can also see the dents where the worktop was clamped to be installed. We also had a large crack appear in our worktop where the underside was cut too deep - the worktop cracked under very little pressure and this shouldn't happen with any worktop. Since then we have tried contacting PureQuartz for a number of months, asking them to come and fix the problem and they don't respond.Overall we are extremely unhappy with a very poor quality product and service - do not use! They do not keep their promises, they do a very unprofessional job and don't come back to fix the problems.

I ordered my Quartz from PureQuartz. They were extremely responsive and their pricing was very competitive.

However, what was exceptional was their customer service. Wren Kitchens had supplied my kitchen but they messed up the measurements for the sink. The only option i was given was to change the cabinets they had provided which had already been fitted or to cut the cabinet and totally ruin it, as the sink was the wrong size to sit on a 20m Quartz.

I called Lee and he told me not to worry as they deal with these issues and would help me find a solution. And in the end, they worked their magic, came up with a completely unique design thanks to Gregg and provided a huge L shape Quartz in a single piece without the need for any cuts. Most people would just make two cuts as its easier but Gregg really takes pride in his work and made sure it was done in a single huge piece.

The service, the delivery and everything was amazing. Genuinely would recommend these guys and I don't usually leave reviews, good or bad, but these guys deserve recognition.

Really great experience from lee at pure quartz. I rung 30 companies and sent them the kitchen designs and only 2 others could come close to the price lee offered AND it was done very professionally and looks amazing. They even did full height kitchen splashback and windowsill, beautiful waterfall quartz down to the floor off the end of the worktop. I suggest you ask to see some pictures.

New Kitchen Quartz’s Worktops

We had our kitchen redesigned and wanted new quartz’s worktops this company gave me excellent service, the workmanship was second to none.
The staff were very professional, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had a great experience getting our quartz worktops from Pure Quartz. Lee was really helpful at the showroom and helped us find the look we wanted for a great price. When the kitchen was ready it was measured up within a few days and a few days later the worktops were in! The fit perfectly and look amazing.

The service from start to finish was excellent! A great choice of worktops is available. The templating and fitting the worktop was done in two days. Lee, Greg and their team did a brilliant job.

Good quality at a good price.
Visited the showroom where Lee was extremely helpful. They took the templates on Monday and it was fitted on Friday, very happy with the finish, and the customer service at every step of the way

Having been let down on a fitting date by a local Tunbridge wells company (CN* L*******), Pure Quartz came to the rescue! Within a week we had templating and fitting done, using the same stone we wanted. Lee and the team were great, super professional and helpful. Can’t recommend the service and business enough! Nice one guys, great business.

Great experience with Pure Quartz from start to finish. Dealings with Lee to discuss and plan our requirements were constructive with great flexibility as we were continually moving dates round for installation. The templating and installation was without issue, with Greg being super helpful and making sure everything was we expected.

Overall really pleased that we chose Pure Quartz as the supplier for our new worktop, it is a big decision to make and expensive one if got wrong, always available when trying to reach them and even met me on a bank holiday at the showroom to go through final plans which really speak volumes.

Would highly recommend this company for their competitive prices, quality workmanship and communication / customer service. From beginning to end of enquiry / ordering, process was very smooth and being a few hours drive away was not a problem. Samples send speedily. Lee, Greg and the team were excellent.
