Hard to return;to speak with a person. Keep sending emails saying 'didn't finish order' or 'payment didn't go through'; also keep offering large discounts to order more. gets very confusing; Beware they are on a subscrption basis. Bags are good BUT one doesn't need 20+!
I ordered no-pump vacuum storage bags on July12th. I got an email saying it was delivered July 16 at 8:17 am. Was not here. Now it’s July 18,2026 still not here. No response from Pureroot. Disappointed and ripped off.
Their website is misleading we ordered what we thought would be jumbo sized vacuum bags but we received standard size bags and we were charged in USD not AUD which ended up costing us $100, we found far superior products on Amazon for $43AUD and it even included a pump , after placing the order we keep getting spam emails even after unsubscribing.
