Awesome service. Very quick delivery. I was sick of smelling chlorine in my shower water and this has fixed the problem ! Fast flow but gentle on skin. My nail tech said my hands aren't as dry as usual. My little Granddaughter said my face felt soft and they didn't know i had a new shower head ! Easy to fit and my patches of dry skin are much improved with just a few days of using ! Love it ! Very highly recommend. This deserves 100sof stars 🌟

I had just received the shower last fortnight. The water gets softer and it only increases pressure marginally. Still happy with the purchase. The only thing I want to know when to replace the beads.

It does the job perfectly and was easy to fit and replace the cartridge when needed.

We bought the 8-stage Luxury Shower Filter as we wanted to keep our own shower head and don't have much space to fit it next to the tiles. The water is much softer and there is noticeably less limescale to clean from the bath. After a month we wanted to swap the filters round as recommended to extend their life but couldn't open one of the end caps, despite the excellent advice from the chatbot and customer service emails. It was decided that it must be a manufacturing issue and Pure Showers sent us a new one which is working perfectly.

A really solid product. It might not have the glossy, designer look of some popular high-street brands, but it delivers where it matters. Great results and reliable performance.

This is my second shower water filter cartridge. It's good to know that I'm showering in water that's had all the gunk filtered out of it.

I have the "Vitamin C Ionic Hand Held Shower Filter" and I must say the difference in water quality is amazing!
Although I understand this may not be the most effective way of filtering household water compared to a system connected to the mains supply, for me this does the job extremely well and in a cost effective way that suits my budget.
I noticed the difference on day one, softer hair and skin, completely eliminates the smell of chlorine, in fact I think I was nose blind to the smell of the chlorine until I used this shower filter as now I can smell it a mile away and it's an indicator of when my filters needs to be changed.
It's horrid to think I have been bathing and showering in chlorine for years and not even noticing or giving it a second thought.
Now knowing that we absorb massive amounts of chlorine instantly through the skin which, in turn takes it out of the water is a very scary thought, from my understanding this is also true of vegetables and fruits that are washed in chlorine contaminated water so now I even wash my fruits and veg in the bathroom.

I'm so pleased to have found this website with their great deals and and fast delivery, my only gripe would be that the filter replacements are all packaged in numerous plastic baggies which of course is not great for the environment especially as it breaks down into micro plastics and eventually makes its way into the water supply.

Misleading Certification Claims – Not a Truly Certified Product

After my initial review, the company responded by stating that they don’t claim the product itself is NSF certified, but rather that the filter media (KDF-55) has been tested and certified by NSF. Unfortunately, this completely misses the core issue I raised.

My concern is with the product packaging and marketing, which strongly imply that the entire filter is NSF certified. The box prominently displays “NSF ISO 9001:2008 certification” — a term that sounds technical and trustworthy to the average consumer, but has nothing to do with actual water filtration performance. ISO 9001 is a general quality management certification, not a validation of filter effectiveness.

There is no certificate number, no NSF/ANSI standard listed (e.g. 42, 53, or 177), no QR code, no manufacturer traceability, and no independent lab data to support the claims. Just vague marketing language like “removes 96% of chlorine” or “improves skin hydration” — with no way to verify any of it.

The company’s website shows NSF certifications for completely different products from a different brand (Paragon) — not for the 4-in-1 shower filter I purchased. That only adds to the confusion.

In my opinion, the way certification is presented on the packaging is misleading at best. If you're looking for a shower filter that has been genuinely tested and certified for performance by NSF, this is not it.

Impressed, this works very well... Water feels softer, easy to fix up and it came very quickly.
Saw this on the TV show with Natalie Cassidy, if you did and didn't purchase one; you are missing out especially if you live in an area with very hard water!
A must! I am now thinking about filters for the rest of my taps but looking for the best quality and best prices! OH I bought the one with VIT C

I’m amazed at the pressure, lovely clear water, when washing my hair, because of the purity of the water through the shower, leaves my hair squeaky clean, and leaves no grey horrible marks on shower glass. A great investment.

Pure showers were very quick to send my order which was exactly what I wanted and far cheaper than most comparable products'
It was very easy to fix up and my small query was answered quickly and courteously.

waste of money. the filter reduced the shower flow and we had to remove it. also, the 1 week trial before you can send back is not reasonable. I suspect this is why Amazon does not sell it on its platform.

Great to shower with 'clean water' again. Very easy to fit the shower head, and the water quality is noticeably much better.

Do not trust this company or their products. They are not fit for purpose. To use the bath filter you have to run your bath with a dribble of water to actually get the water to go through the filter. The shower head I ordered said it was universal - this is not true, the shower head only screwed on a couple of times with then the water spraying everywhere. I have emailed them 3 times to ask for a refund , which have gone unanswered, and called their number twice to be fobbed off saying they are a virtual reception company who can pass messages along but there is no one to speak to. I spent a lot of money and I would like my money back and to return the items. I have also contacted trading standards.

Having, recently, lost my sight, although, still pretty hands-on with DIY, enjoying a challenge, occasionally, I have to submit, to requiring, help and guidance.

This companies, customer support is, 5*+, and second to none. I bombarded their team with, what would seem, to a sighted person, mundane, simple issues, but with every single email sent, came a courteous , well explained answer, or step by step, procedure, which I followed with ease.

I have no hesitation, whatsoever, in recommending this company, in both, quality of products, and customer care.
