Delivery and product as expected, no complaints.

I purchased these shoes for a friend who was impressed with my identical pair.
I have bought numerous pairs for myself, wife, son and grandsons.

Came when expected!

The shoes are great and, if you take advantage of the many offers, very good value. I love them. However, ordering can be a challenging process as, if you go back to check something or make a change, all your selections are reset to default values. If you don't notice you end up with tiny shoes in completely the wrong colour. Having said that though, the company is very good about replacing them when that does happen.

These are my second pair of Purestep shoes and they’re as great as the first. Very comfortable, great looking and makes my feet feel amazing.

OK just ordered so at present I cant comment on delivery or quality. A lot of good reviews but then those about the returns process (not compliant with UK law) is a worry. What I didn't like was the popups asking first for email to get a discount, then phone # for a bigger discount so I got sent a 20% off code but nowhere to enter it so I paid the advertised price. That makes me think the company is dodgy.

I had a query on sizes and the Purestep Support Team helped answer all my emails & shipped me the right size that are very comfortable, thank you!

The shoes were an excellent fit and feel great. I feel like I and getting all the benefits of being barefoot but with a bit of protection. The shoes look great by the way.

The parcel arrived within the stipulated date range and was well wrapped. I think the service is really good. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and I will be buying more in the near future.

So far very happy with the shoes, very comfortable and easy to slip on and off.

I’m really pleased with my barefoot shoes. They make me feel more stable when walking about.

The trainers are great, and I’ve had several compliments but they took an awfully long time to arrive, of which there was no warning.

The order arrived on time and the product is as expected

Firstly the shoes took ages to arrive from a drop shipper from China not a British company as described. Secondly the shoes we're cheap and nasty and are available for 6 pounds on other sites, I paid 50 pounds. Thirdly the copper grounding mechanism is actually stainless steel clothing studs, available at 100 for £2.50 on temu. No copper anywhere to be seen. The returns policy is abismal and they expect a further payment of 52 pounds to return them with absolutely no guarantee they will return them after inspection. So rather than be £102 out of pocket, I'd be £154 out of pocket. The insoles that were free had grounding studs but didn't go through to the other side of the plastic and didn't in anyway line up with the so called grounding studs of the shoe so defeats the object. The shoes themselves are filled with eight holes but they come with one stud per shoe and a spare stud per shoe that just look and feel like drawing pins stuck in the sole. I've never been more disappointed or felt more ripped off with any other purchase in my life and the bank sides with the seller whilst claiming buyer protection. Please avoid at all cost. If you want to try them buy from Amazon for 6 quid at least you would expect the shit that you get.

These shoes promised a wide toe box and they actually delivered.

I like the shoelace fixing device, which does not involve tying the shoelaces.

They have a notched collar which protects the achilles tendon. I will only buy shoes with this feature.

I do have to keep a shoehorn handy to get into these shoes.
