The shoes are comfortable and I love the flexibility of them but I thought they were rather snug. I assumed they would stretch with wear. I ordered a size 3 and I didn't notice at first but they are marked 35 which is a 2.1/2 - 3 in the UK is 36. As I had worn them a lot to stretch them it didn't feel right to send them back and anyway, even through they were a bit tight, they were still comfortable. I have since ordered another pair in size 3.1/2 and they are marked 36 and a perfect fit. I would suggest going up 1/2 a size with these.

I ordered one pair of shoes and one pair of insoles.

When delivery arrived...there 2 pairs of shoes. They updated my order without my permission and charged me extra.

Also website says you should go size up, but that has come back too big.

All in all very disappointed, will be returning the shoes and asking for a full refund.

What wonderful service. Rescued me from the pit of despond and sorted everything out speedily and efficiently. I am so grateful that my concerns were listened to and acted upon. Purestep shoes are brilliant, and so is the customer service.

I really like the shoes. It takes a little while to get used to them, but they feel natural on my feet. Excellent products and service.

Poor product and return address in China. If you want Return the order they offer second pair for £9.99 instead.

Delivery is not quick but Purestep keep you updated all along the way. The product is (so far) excellent and I would certainly recommend these shoes to someone contemplating barefoot footwear.

Great product. I have had both slippers and shoes and am happy with all that I have received and love that they come in a drawstring bag which is ideal when packing them when going away. Delivery was good too.

All went well and product is just what was wanted

The insoles and shoes I bought are both excellent quality and the most comfortable shoes and insoles I have ever purchased. The question is will I get used to wearing them permanently without them causing plantar. They feel great indoors but finding them hard to get used to outside.

The shoes are great. The delivery was over two weeks which I find is unacceptable
