Pure Theatre customer service is the best I have had in a very long time. I was having trouble with UPS . I email Pure with my problem . Most of the time you have to wait 24 hours for a answer from other companies. Chris Pettitt called me less then ten minutes after I sent my email and help me get my delivery in two days. He also kept in touch with me by email. Thank you Chris for your excellent service

The whole process from start to finish was excellent thanks to Chris who was so helpful. We had a limited budget and despite this we were treated like we were spending a lot more than we were. The system Chris created for us is still yet to be installed into our new home however after reading all the reviews for the products we have purchased i am very confident that the system will exceed all of our expectations.

Fantastic in depth explanations from chris with excellent advice.

I was in the market for a projector, and this shop was the only one that had the one that I wanted. However, they made a misstake and the device was set as available when in truth was a pre-order. Due to some delays with the distribution chain (mostly not their fault), I ended up waiting for months.
So why do I give 5 stars if I had problems with the company? Because how they handled the problem.
Any company is going to make mistakes, so the important thing is how the deal with them, and I could not be happier with how they handled the situation. Chris was very supportive and provided continous information, and even offered me a generous discount. He seemed genuinely interested in me having a good experience.
I only wanted the projector, but they specialise in making full cinema rooms and similar experiences (completely outside my budget) but, assuming their support and dedication is the same when dealing with bigger projects than with the small ones, it would be hard to find a better company to go for a home cinema.

Got refunded the extra charge for next day delivery.(as it wasn’t nex day)

Website is nice and easy to navigate. Good selection of payment options. International shipping rates were decent. Packaging was very well done. Product was as advertised and of very good quality. Can’t ask for anything more.

Clear and easy to use webshop and rather quick delivery all the way to Finland.

Purchased a ceiling lift and 104” in-ceiling screen, and a few other small items. Drove through for a viewing during which Chris was fantastically helpful, as he was all through the process, including shifting timeframes for delivery and providing input to other areas which weren’t covered by the purchases. Completely pain free experience. Would recommend.

I've purchased 5 rack mounts that were all built extremely well with precision cutouts for the devices they were intended for. When I had an issue, they resolved it for me in the best way possible. Would definitely buy from them again and again. Strongly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a clean rack mount setup.

Our screen had a malfunction after nearly three years but Chris the MD talked us through it. We thought we would have to replace the whole screen but after taking it to the factory they repaired it, other companies would just have made you purchase a new one.

I am based in New Zealand and ordered the CR50 projector lift. Delivery and product quality was great, but aftersales support is unfortunately lacking. Eight months ago I sent a question both via email and the Facebook messenger platform and to date no one has had the courtesy to even acknowledge my question.
