Puretree Cork Reviews

Good quality wine corks for a good price and delivered promptly

The fast delivery was exactly what I paid for.

Seems to be the only place I could get a 20mm thick cork bath mat. All went well with ordering and delivery, except for a minor hiccup over a prematurely sent delivery note, which was quickly and effectively dealt with. Well done and thanks.

Excellent customer service and good quality product.

I saw this product a few years ago and it took me sometime to find a local flooring contractor who would lay it. It would be great if Puretree could look for recommended flooring contactors further afield than Exeter. Delivery was delayed because they hadn't taken all the details they needed and then didn't explain the delivery instructions. It would be helpful to be able to track delivery. That had a knock on effect of delaying the flooring contractors and costing me more on final invoice. When the cork came there were quite a few damaged planks so you need the extra. Saying all that my floor looks great and I am really pleased with the finished effect. As cork is such a sustainable product I think it needs to be easier to buy and install. Hoping my lovely new floor is now going to stand the test of time.

I was overcharged on the website, but their sales director took the trouble to contact me and arrange a refund. Good service.

Quick & easy.
Lovely product

Quick delivery of cork bath mat, looks really good.

Incredible company, that is super helpful and efficient and friendly

Great product. Exactly as described. Better than the John Lewis equivalent it replaces. Quick delivery.

Puretree are so knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge, and incredibly swift to respond. My husband says the cork tiles we bought from them are a dream to fit because they are so standard in size. Who even knew that was something you have to look out for?

good product, good delivery

Does what it says. Easy to apply and easy to remove where not requred.

Really easy to deal with, website easy to use and the product is great - just what we needed to pin up all the kids creations! Delighted and would happily recommend.

Delivery on time and everything arrived intact, which recently other companies haven't achieved!
The floor looks wonderful, happily recommend this company.

Wasn't what was expected or promised. Overpriced.

Sensible clothing which is classic and skirt a good length, though sadly not lined, although this was made clear before I purchased.

The cork bath mat was good quality. Very pleased with it. Also arrived quickly . No complaints at all

Very good quality cork bath mat. Promptly delivered in sensible packaging.
