Vape company poor

Ordered 200ml of vape juice and 4 Nic salts on 13/09/2022. Received receipt. Payed for special delivery. It’s now 21/09/2022 and have had no contact from the company. 1 phone call message left. 1 email sent. No reply to either. Very disappointing, poor customer service and left wondering if I’ve been ripped off atm.

I have now received a partial refund of £20 but not the amount for the special delivery postage of just under £10.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Poor communication
Bad customer service
Non existent understanding of what a proper refund is.
