The results I was able to achieve were honestly above my expectations, Lucy my personal trainer has honestly changed my life for the better, I feel/look like a new person and I’m not going back to my old self.

I have really enjoyed trainings with Keanu, he was great, motivational, focused and experienced personal trainer.
Would definitely reccomend.

I trained with Keanu for several months and I must say I loved his approach and how he handled my initial requests, concerns etc. I really appreciate how we managed to became friends in the course of our trainings together. I highly recommend Keanu as a trainer and I hope I’ll be able to train with him again if the online services are available again.

The only thing I didn’t like about Purify ( not the PT, the company itself) was the change in price EVERY single time I was about to renew my package. I think this is absolutely appalling and if not for Keanu who I like to train with I’d resign after the first change. They offer a good price at the beginning only to make it higher and higher each time... I think this is really bad marketing here.

Overall score - I’d def come back to train with Keanu but not for Purify.

I was very lucky to find Keanu an amazing personal trainer who has literally transformed me. I was overweight with a high cholesterol in the beginning. I have regular fitness sessions with Keanu and he has also helped me to structure my diet and exercise in general, I have lost weight and to my delight my cholesterol for the first time in years is normal. Keanu offers fun and effective workouts and support which has helped me to achieve my goals and also focus on healthy changes to my lifestyle. He really helps with mental outlook as well as fitness which I find is equally important in achieving healthy mind and body.

Excellent Instructor, got a tailor made work out plan to help me build muscle mass. Was very fun to work with and for me thats one of the main things! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get into shape!

I was trying multiple different methods and was almost ready to give up until I was recommended purify. My personal trainer keanu seems to really care about my wellbeing and goals which helps me push on.

Amazing training plan that is structured to each individual personally and catered around your needs. 24/7 assistance from a personal PT can’t fault it.

Simple put, Keanu does "bits". Professional and amazing service. More or less guides you as you go, providing adjustments when needed, allowing body goals to be reached efficiently.

Very good service. My trainer keanu is always checking up on me, making sure that I’m doing alright with the workouts and meal plans and honestly that’s just what I need. This is the first time I’ve seen such consistent and noticeable weight loss. I’m very happy that I signed up to this and would recommend to anyone who’s serious about losing weight
