I ordered an automatic litter box from their website on February 28th. Until now I haven't received any package from them. I don't have any way to track the status of my order since the order tracker page on their website doesn't work. I have also tried to reach out to them through email, Whatsapp and their phone number that doesn't work!!!

Beware of PurifyCat – A Complete Scam in the UAE!
I strongly advise against purchasing anything from PurifyCat. This company is a total scam! I ordered an automatic cat litter box after seeing their Instagram ad and visiting their website. Their website clearly states:
"Order before 12 PM and receive your order the same day in Dubai or Sharjah. Otherwise, delivery within 1 day across all Emirates."
However, it has been over a month, and my order is still not delivered! 😡
Major Issues:
❌ No Contact Number: They don’t provide any phone number, so you can’t reach them.
❌ Fake Promises: I asked for a refund, but they completely ignored my requests.
❌ False Tracking ID: After 28 days, they shared a fake tracking number! I even contacted the delivery company, and they confirmed that they never received the product from PurifyCat.
❌ Fake Reviews: Their website is full of fake positive reviews. They have no Google listing, no presence on Google Maps, so where are these reviews coming from?
I have all the chat evidence proving their scam. If you are thinking about buying from them – DON’T! Save your money and avoid the frustration. PurifyCat is a fraud!
