I have been using this for 2 weeks now and Its not working,

I purchased some items from here and everything was shipped quickly etc. The cost of what I bought was about £90.
I then received a tax invoice from HMRC via Royal mail for around £60.

I was really shocked by this and contacted PurityLabs to ask for this import tax to be refunded.

They said it was not their responsibility and offered no renumeration.

I personally feel it is misleading and unfair to not mention this on their site.
To advertise free shipping worldwide, but then for customers to then be told they have to pay the import tax, is not really fair. As a customer you are only being told half. In my opinion.

Either they should add this to their prices which they can do for shipping outside of the EU or state it clearly on there site. So people can make an informed decision on if the cost is acceptable.

Have waited almost 2 weeks for a product I ordered that was going to be delivered within 3 working days. I ordered through Shop, so thought it would be reliable. I have attempted to send an email and the address will not receive emails from me. Avoid at all costs.

The package did not arrive and I paid the insurance on delivery, they continue to say nothing about reimbursement I blame DHL

I always have Alpha Drive in stock at home. Take it for 30 days then stop for 5 and feel the difference, after that you won't go a day without it. I have also tried some of the combos, but essential for me is Purity Labs Alpha Drive
