PP…..... No ears

I have used the same products from PP since 2008. The products have worked very well for me (my knees). However, twice now, they have delivered my product after I specifically asked not to until I caught up with the prior delivery, and notified them. Over the years, I have steered many athletes with whom I play tennis and softball with about PP UHA and Asta FX, but received little regard from PP for it.

Talking to them some of the time is like talking to a post. They say they can't do anything about the money they charged until I send the product back. Well, I am NOT going to keep going out of my way to make up for their mistakes. I am done with their ignorance to my requests and then charging me for that neglect.

Difficulty Returning Product

Our main concern was the return process. Difficult, time consuming, frustrating.
1/30 called twice to speak to customer service. Both calls just stopped – no recording, just silence. The 3rd time, the agent was difficult to understand. He tried to talk me into keeping the product and ordering other products.
1/30 email: Asked for help because refund was less.
2/2, 2/4, 2/9 emails: Return Labels not received in Inbox, ISP, Junk, or Spam. Please resend.
2/16 Sent email asking to send Return Label to my husband's email and mine.
2/17 Finally received Return Label
I actually believed the Return Label wasn't being sent so I'd miss the 30-day return window.

BEWARE, I've read the other comments & they're true

I've read the other comments about how poor this company is and I was having the same problems. Very easy to subscribe but to cancel a subscription, you get passed from person to person. They try and talk you into one deal or another offering different pricing than the website. That's one way they try to hook you into giving them your credit card info. One guy I spoke to said he'd never been to the Purity website so couldn't help me with the website! I just wanted to cancel my subscription for a product and use the "Purity Points" I had acquired before they expired. Thankfully the credit card I had on file with Purity I no longer had so they couldn't bill me for the subscription! Otherwise I'd still be on the phone with them. I wanted to use my Purity Points, $45.42, for a multi-vitamin. At first the agent said he could give me two bottles for about $10 each! Then he asked me for my cc. I said I wanted to use my Purity Points for the $20 purchase, he said I couldn't do that. If I wanted to use my Purity Points for a one-time purchase, the price of the multi-vitamin would be $39.95. Scam artists if you ask me. Just to use the points, I ordered the product at $39.95. BUT I will never give this company a credit card again. BEWARE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A SHAM AND THIS COMPANY MAKES IT VERY HARD TO PLACE AN ORDER BECAUSE THE PRICES CAN CHANGE WHILE YOU'RE ON THE PHONE TALKING TO AN "AGENT." We'll see if I even get the multi-vitamins I ordered "for free" using my accumulated Purity Points. NEVER AGAIN.

Easy to Subscribe, Nearly Impossible to Cancel

Purity Products makes it easy to enroll in a SuperSaver subscription online, but cancellation cannot be done online or by email. When I tried to cancel through my account, I was only allowed to change delivery frequency or quantity—not cancel.

I emailed customer service with a clear written request to cancel and was told cancellation could only be handled by phone. When I called, I was required to explain my reason for canceling, listen to a recitation of product benefits, asked again to justify my cancellation, and then offered a different product under a “current promotion” before the cancellation was finally processed.

This process appears designed to discourage cancellation through friction and sales pressure. The inability to cancel online is not clearly disclosed prior to subscribing. Consumers should be aware of this before enrolling.

I have 3 supersaver items which I called customer service to cancel. I called customer service and was passed around to 4 different people. The last one told me to call back when my VIP representative was in. The only thing I want to do is cancel my supersavers. I would have done that online if that option was there. Now I have to jump through a lot of hoops just to do that. I don't know why something that should be so easy is now so hard

I am not suggesting the products aren't good; it's the price games. Displaying one price to hook you then it doubles when you click, or you MUST agree to every month or every two months, and oops the price shoots up once they get your card and ooooo it isn't easy to change that!

Dangerous product

Dangerous product, zero accountability, and ongoing unauthorized charges
I received a product from this company that was marketed as helpful, but after using it, I experienced severe hallucinations and had to be hospitalized. When I tried to contact the company, there was no human support, no response, and no way to get help. Despite this, they continue to charge my card for reasons I can't explain. The company seems to operate without transparency or accountability, and I’m deeply concerned about its legitimacy. Avoid at all costs.

Very pushy

Very pushy. After paying shipping for a free product, they signed me up for other crap I said I didnt want. They were so adamant about subscribing to a "taste of savings" and said they will send email with a free 30 day trial. No email and card was charged 29.95 after 14 days. I called them and they said only the shipping charge for free item was charged. I reached out directly to taste of savings and they said they would reverse the charge. Will wait to see if this is the case.

The reviews show an unethical company, that pads orders and disreputable Customer Service. Thank you to all of you who posted here!! Purity products are laced with cancer…

Purity products are laced with cancer causing chemicals.
First, their pill form products use chemicals as binding agents. Their capsules are contaminated with toxic chemicals, flowing agents.
I ordered a few of their products. After reading the list of harmful chemicals, I called the company. The sales agent kept talking about how great their products were.
Being educated regarding chemical free supplements, Purity had no answer as to why poisons are used in their supplements.
Their arrogance was as such, I had to pay the return fees.
I trashed their products

Beware

Their "free, as in 'no money" green tea extract is actually $4.95. Also, ya gotta love how the announcer on the infomericals constantly reminds the listener that you have to dial a one before their 800 number. That sounds so stupid. You don't need to dial a one when calling from a cell phone, and the rule has been in place since the 1980s for landlines. Duh!

Extra shipping charges applied after order

I ordered a trial over the phone. I was charged the shipping fee on my credit card. When the package arrived by UPS, it had a shipping charge of over $12 so I refused the package and called Purity Products. They said they are refunding my original payment in 3-5 days so I will see if I receive my money back. Not confident that this company is ethical.

Avoid them, they lure in senior citizens with intros and make returns difficult

My father ordered an intro of vitamins from this company and did not realize that the agreement was for a much larger amount than he could possibly use.

We then returned the vitamins to the company and they claimed that only 2 of each bottle were returned when this was not true, all 3 of each type were returned.

Eventually they stated that they code their individual bottles so that the samples can't be returned in place of the new ones and they only refund the original $6.99 for the samples instead of ~$20 each.

I got a consistent runaround from this company when trying to do the return.

They are clearly setup to target senior citizens on radio adds with a lot of fine print and then they make returns difficult.

It is a dishonest company that lures in senior citizens with trials and then makes it difficult to get your money back.

They are a propaganda machine rather than an honest company.

Avoid them and buy vitamins elsewhere.

I had ordered a product from purity products in the first order it was good but when I tried to order again, they said they no longer carry the product so they gave me a similar product and two other products to go along with that one product that would make up the difference between the first order and these. and I have had nothing but problems called them several times was emailed products out of stock. I used to deal with another company for years and I’m going back there because Purity just don’t make the cut!!!!!

I just now completed a BBB complaint in…

I just now completed a BBB complaint in NY on Purity. In short, I paid $10 for one bottle of My Bladder and got it. I told the agent that I did NOT, did NOT want any other products, free or otherwise. I told him that I did not want any more My Bladder. He agreed and said I would never be charged any amount of money other than the $10. A week later I got three bottles of My Bladder. I did not order these. Charge in package was $140. I called and talked with agent and he said mail bottles back and I will get refund. I mailed them to Plainview, NY on Aug 5, today is Aug 19. Fourteen days and they do not reply to my communications left on their site. I made a big mistake being connected to Purity. I wrote the CEO in NY and complained two weeks ago. I will now go to as many scam sites as I can find and leave crappy reviews, including fraud and deceit and lying and so on. I should have read about Purity on the internet before contacting them. Hundreds of complaints about Purity. They should change their name to IMPURITY. They should be investigated and convicted for their widespread fraud and corruption, probably RICO violations. Will call my bank in the morning and have the charge reversed, should have done that a week ago or more. BTY, their prices are considerably higher than sellers with the 'same' products. DO NOT BUY FROM IMPURITY. A bunch of crooks!
