Since experiencing PB as an estate agent I realise it would have been much better to have invested the 'FEE' paid into a 'real' person that I could have seen, spoken too face to face and that they would have been more 'physically' pro-active with getting a sale for me before the contract with PB 'STOPED' and I could no longer be advertised.........waste of money.

Easy to deal with and better than dealing with an estate agent

So far I give poor results. Photos were a challenge (poor ones picked), advert went live and map took people to a completely different property, two formal complaints in thus far, people are very slow to get back to you if you have a complaint.

Personally I would never use PB again nor would I recommend.

Put in an offer goy accepted had an email said someone would contact me regarding affordability ect.. heard nothing and checked right move property back on . No communication what so ever . Very disappointing.. especially as I had to try x3 times before finally securing a viewing. Will not be using purple bricks to sell my properties in future

After using purplebricks & dealing with Jan Westbury I would recommend using them to anyone. He had gone above and beyond to meet our needs and always being in communication with us to let us know what the score is. If you have the pleasure of dealing with Jan you will not be disappointed.

Brilliant experience with getting an over the phone valuation and will be using purple bricks. The gentleman Jez is an absolute asset to the company so polite very professional. Absolute gem to speak too. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and made the whole conversation easy going.

Claire Weaver was very good at the valuation, pleasant and friendly with good knowledge of the market and area.

I have never used Purple Bricks before but had read various reviews before contacting them for a valuation. I received an appointment within a few days which was convenient to both of us. Stephanie Davies attended this initial appointment. She was very professional and informative, followed up by a very prompt valuation report. I am still deciding whether or not to put my property on the market at this time but will have no hesitation in instructing them. Fees are very competitive, with no hidden extras. All in all a very positive experience.

Louise was prompt, warm and lovely personality, so helpful explaining the process and answering questions. very happy with the appointment and looking forward to the process with the company, feels less daunting

Ian was very helpful, giving valuable advice about valuing and selling a house. I particularly appreciated his honesty and his integrity, as not all valuations would lead to a sale. Nevertheless, Ian’s primary aim was to help me.

I used Purple Bricks 5 years ago. This time i initially used a high street agent who let me down and i lost a sale at exchange due to terrible sales progression.

I decided to go back to Purple Bricks again and i'm so pleased i did.
It has improved tenfold since i used them 5 years ago, and it is a fantastic service.
Initially Tim did my valuation and set up speedily and professionally and thereafter Claudia was just great as my agent. I was not expecting the input i received and Claudia has been so proactive and checking in with me frequently as well as being straight onto the viewer after i had viewings. I had an offer at the first viewing, which was rejected and then my second viewing also offered. Claudia did a brilliant job negotiating on my behalf and managed to get the offer increased to a sum acceptable to me in this current difficult market.
Always pleasant and always professional. I would recommend PB every time. Why pay silly high street prices, when you have a better service with PB, and i like to do the viewings myself anyway.

Great low fees for a buyer we have inspections on 2 properties in the Manchester area this week. Highly recommend. Katrina your sales agent was very responsive.
