Attended ITIL V4 Practitioner Service Desk course one day course online with trainer Ian MacDonald who is a trainer for The Purple Griffon Team courses. Was so impressed with Ian's extensive industry knowledge and enjoyed listening to Ian recounting stories that link in with the learning process. Ian is very experienced indeed with the IT industry and lead the course at an excellent interesting pace. A fabulous, stress free experience training experience
I recently renewed my Prince2 Practitioner via the online course with Purple Griffon. From initial contact with Lois through to a lovely congratulations message upon passing I cannot fault the service. The required manual was sent to my home address in advance, the helpful pre-course homework pack that got me re-acquainted with the subject matter was great. the course slides where sent in advance along with the voucher codes to book in for exam. Lois checked in to make sure I had received everything. Any questions I had were answered within 15 minutes. I have recommended Purple Griffon to my colleagues and am looking to continue my learning with them in the next few months.

ITIL 4 Foundation
Recently, I finished my ITIL4 Foundation course, which was taught by a friendly and knowledgeable tutor named Bob. He made the virtual training feel comfortable and provided helpful advice throughout the course.
I have had a great experience with Purple Griffon - their support was top-notch from start to finish. Although I ran into some problems with PeoppleCert, Lois and CEO Steve were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved. Overall, I was impressed with their excellent customer service.

I have completed 3 ITIL4 courses with Purple Griffon so far. The DITS course with trainer Shola Isaaq was particularly good. He kept us engaged throughout and encouraged discussions between trainees on various aspects of the course which gave us invaluable perspective of how different industries apply this content.

I have done a couple of courses now with PG and found them to be very good. Very easy to follow with lots of Crib sheets and readable context to follow. The trainer was very good and very knowledgeable on the course, he made it easy to follow, it was interactive so not just looking at a screen being read to.

Attended an ITIL v4 course.
The trainer, Philip, was actually one of the lead architects for ITIL.
Can't really do better than that.
Well-paced and very easy to understand and follow.
Recommended.
