CHEAPLY MADE CRAP OUTSOURCED TO CHINA, BUYER BEWARE!
Deeply disappointed by this company, I ordered a cardigan on 18/5/26, at the cost of £30 plus postage. After taking almost 2 weeks to arrive, I was honestly shocked at the quality, or rather the lack of quality, of the item. The pictures on their website look like well-made, thick knit proper cardigans. What arrived was a baggy, paper-thin cardigan that looks like a cheap knock-off from China. The website also specifies that the item cannot be ironed, and yet they saw fit to send it rolled in a ball and stuffed into a small plastic bag?! I'm so disappointed, for the price point I expected much better quality, I've bought more well-made and less flimsy and cheap-looking cardigans on Shein! Sadly I got rid of the original packaging so cannot return the item, otherwise I already would have. Lesson learned, will not be shopping there again. Buyer beware, these items do not look anything like their pictures and are clearly outsourced cheaply from China (I should have known when the shipping info was China and not America, where the company is apparently based!)

I love the selection of styles and patterns. I also love that they come in a wide range of sizes. I like my sweaters extra oversized, and this one did not disappoint!!! I’ve gotten lots of compliments on it and it’s SO soft!

Do not buy from this website - Shein quality but high price tag. I ordered three items, two t shirts and a dress. The t-shirts were fine but the dress is shockingly bad - the print looks like AI slop, the cats have merged eyes and no eyes, it's unwearable. The company made returning difficult and offered a 15% discount instead, like I would want to spend more money on such bad quality items from somewhere with such bad customer service. Save your money and avoid.

Several small issues added up
Emails went to my junk folder. I did not receive the free gift offered when I purchased. The sizes were smaller than expected. Which is sad because I’ve found I really really like the jersey shirts but I don’t think I would order them again.

I was disappointed in the quality
I was disappointed in the quality. Print was thin. It was a black swimsuit with a white lining so it doesn’t look black on and the white is visible when you are wearing it by all the seams. It makes it look unfinished and cheap.
