Everything was as advertised
Everything was as advertised. Great quality and instructions were easy to follow. Did have two screws strip but were easily replaced at the local hardware store. A good percentage of the louvre’s were bent from shipping but didn’t create a real problem. All in all pretty pleased with this purchase.

The part I needed was out of stock for a good while. Once I reached out to customer service I was able to get what I needed and make the repair. They were very helpful. The original part failed due to operator error and I am so glad to get the umbrella back in service. The fabric is still in great shape after two years in the south GA sun

Responsive and helpful post sales support
Managed to break my brand new umbrella having left it up to experience a sudden gust of wind. Umbrella fell down and broke a few pieces. Support team responded to an email over a weekend and I had parts on their way promptly. The repair process is DIY and not as complicated as I feared. Umbrella back to new.

The skilled assemblers/installers (Brien and Jessie) were so orgenized and responsive to what I wanted. The work was on time and done quickly. I’m thrilled with the completed project….. a large Gazebo extending my lanai/patio an additional 336 SF. WOW! I had had anxiety before the start, but the entire experience was 100% positive.

My second purchase
I ordered my second cantilever umbrella from Purple leaf in black. I’ve had the first umbrella (also black) a few years now . It has been in the Florida sun and weather all that time . i was very impressed to see the black has not faded at all . The two umbrellas match perfectly . Great product . I was concerned there was no number to call but Purple Leaf Customer service was responsive and helpful, answering all my questions until I was satisfied .
