Lovely friendly & helpful staff
Lovely friendly & helpful staff. I received the wrong items on an online order but it was immediately replaced with the correct one & I was told to keep the wrong item as a goodwill gesture. I’ve visited the shop in person as well. Highly recommend for customer service. I haven’t had the beer personally but the person I bought it for enjoyed it

17 yrs of Purple Moose
I have bought from Purple Moose for over 17 years and never once been disappointed.
Beers, glasses, merch ... all high quality. Delivery is excellent, even when the recent box arrived battered the glasses were so well packaged they survived unscathed.

AMAZING
I placed my order on a Sunday evening. I was expecting the parcel between Wednesday at the earliest and Friday. The website clearly states 48 hours I thought the order would be looked at on the Monday and then whenever it was processed. I was delighted when my order was delivered on the Tuesday. Great local beers!

Brought the product no follow up to tell you when you will receive the product still waiting now after ordering 3 weeks ago I'm in Nottingham and they are in Wales 200 miles away won't be ordering again

The company is great
Ordered for my wifes birthday, The company is great, been to the shop a few times cant fault the beer, wonderful staff, great choice of merchandise. I can however fault the delivery company ADP. They said they phoned me on day of delivery (15/11/2024), they did not. I would have a call record, so I called ADP, they promised to deliver next day, happened to be a Saturday - NOPE, delivery arrived 4 days after it was supposed to arrive.

Packaged well arrived safely, Really fast delivery wasn’t expecting it so quickly!
It’s a gift. The parcel tape is so cute and makes a cardboard box look a little more special. :)
This is the second time we've ordered from purple moose, it always goes down a treat (It never lasts the recipient as long as we anticipate! and your’ll be lucky enough to have a share of a bottle!) highly recommend this company.
Ps Thank-you for making buying a gift for a dad who ‘has everything he needs’ so easy because we found the answer- he didn’t have any purple moose!!!
