The price was good

The price was good, the internet site easy. Unfortunately, I had to email (no reply) and then phone for information on my item - had it been dispatched yet? When to expect it?.
Great help on the phone, but perhaps get it right at the start.

Was having trouble ordering and talking…

Was having trouble ordering and talking to a representative got confused about payment because it wasn’t working the representative told me they were busy and discontinued call - subsequently I went back on to site and ordered but by that time I went and ordered the wrong item - but you didn’t have the item in stock anyway when I received the wrong item i ordered from Amazon and got item in 2days correct item- I would have preferred to order from Purple Panda I did last year successfully

I'd never heard of purple panda and worried about some unknown/unreliable/scam type thing esp this time of year (Dec 2023), but when i saw the ratings on trustpilot i decided to give it a go.

I dropped 60€ for a really fancy wireless phone charger/stand as a gift. I was delighted when it arrived in perfect condition (with paper padding/buffer rather than plastic air bags) and blown away by how quick it was.

I also have not got any spam from them :D <3

I am disappointed about the delivery…

I am disappointed about the delivery process. Things come separately in dribs and drabs and delivery takes way too long. I ordered a week ago and am still waiting for the copier paper. I will have to buy some in the shop to tide me over
