Very professional workwear printing
We had our workwear printed by this company and we are very happy with the results. The print quality is excellent, the colours are clear, and the finish looks very professional. Communication was quick and helpful throughout the process, and the order was delivered on time. Highly recommended.

Disappointing service
15 Emails, Still cannot get it right ! Still sending the wrong size garments out. No apoligy, no responsibility, not interested at all. Snotty attitude to my complaint. I had to threaten with section 75 to get any action from Craig ! Disappointing at least when there are so many businesses doing the same thing.

This is not a fair review.
Customer complained that his 1 x bodywarmer was too big but all other 11 items were good and immediately threatened negative feedback and even legal cases if we didn't send a new bodywarmer. If a customer queries a size issue we always have to send the manufacturer a photo with a tape from armpit to armpit and check that the item hasn't been mislabelled. This was explained to the customer via email but he still sent emails threatening negative feedback and mentioning consumer rights
As a gesture of goodwill we offered him a refund on the bodywarmer, which he refused. So then we offered him a replacement, which he accepted. The customer asked for the new bodywarmer to be Large as he thought the last one was labelled incorrectly (also large)
Customer received a new bodywarmer in large and still is insisting that the bodywarmer isn't correct. The customer has now demanded a refund and refused to send the items back for inspection. I asked that if the items are sent back for inspection and if both were incorrectly labelled we would offer a refund for both bodywarmers and his postage. He has refused to return the items for inspection and is demanding refunds.
As our customers already know we take great pride in our company and our customers, it's a shame that some people abuse the review systems and paint companies out to be something they are not. We will be appealing this review and supplying screenshots of correspondance with this customer to the appeals team.

Totally brilliant service and products great delivery timing and price.
I have shown my product to a lot of people and they say it's brilliant too.
They said that they must buy one as well, so well done and keep the brilliant service up.

Austin Floorers work wear bundle
Just like to say what a great job purple print management don’t on my company work wear bundle.
Our logo isn’t the easiest to embroider and print but these guys got it done with no trouble at all.
Our work wear looks better than we could have ever imagined we are over the moon would defo recommend them.

It was Very easy to place my order. Then I phoned up to discuss my needs with Craig and the customer service I received was top notch. the delivery of my order was 2 days late but that that didn't matter when I opened the package and I could see the product I am over the moon with the quality of the product I received and the embroidery is faultless.
