Return on your own cost to China
Although this company has an office in London they are based in China. They are sending the goods from China. Therefore if anything goes wrong with your item they want you to return it to China. And they won't pay for it!
I bought a pet tracker which didn't work.
5 weeks and 12 emails later Rachel and Sophie (obviously these are fake names, maybe they're not even females) offered me a 20, 25, 50, 60 then at the end 75% refund and they said they will transfer the rest 25% when they received the tracker. Obviously the shipping cost would cost more than the full price (£39.99) of the tracker, so they transferred me £28 as a 75% refund (that's £2 short) and the bloody thing landed in the bin.
And that's how the cookie crumbles...
