Awful customer service

Terrible product

Both breast pumps stopped working less than 7 weeks after initial use.

Never use this company

Sad to say very very bad the pump has now got stuck on the highest setting which means it is painful to use. I also contacted the company about how hard it is to get milk out without spilling it. But we most other people have highlighted this is bad quality and I think likely a scam. No costumer service random email and a cheap pump feel silly for falling for it also read reviews that were good.

Terrible breast pump, I saw this pump on a review site and it was all singing all dancing so I saved up and purchased the puruxe breast pump, when it turned up the box surprised me, it wasn’t branded, no name/advertisement and upon opening the box you could tell the item was cheap. The battery barely lasts 3 pumps not the ‘10/12 use’ that’s advertised, it is not quiet, sounds like it’s going to break at any moment, difficult to take apart and not worth £109!! Do not buy, invest in a better brand with better reviews as like me, you will be paying out for another pump with better reviews.

AVOID. Scam company. Ordered the Puruxe gimbal, I received a Tokqi one, they claimed it was the same item but just with different branding. Wouldn't offer full refund and expected to return to Hong Kong at own cost.

I feel very silly
I was in a rush and searched for reviews of mics - Puruxe came up, I bought it quickly without really reading.
The product is poor quality - and they won't refund or accept returns without me sending to HONG KONG. I suspect this is in contravention of trading standards but they won't even engage.
Stay away from Puruxe. . .

The video quality is sharp and the stabilization works well for my bike rides. The only thing is the battery life - it lasts about 100 minutes, so I just wish it went a little longer.

I took this camera on a hike, and the image quality was fantastic. The stabilization is a huge plus, it keeps the footage steady even on rough trails.

I've been using this camera on trails, and the picture quality is better than I thought it'd be. The stabilization is a game-changer on rough terrain, keeping the video smooth.

I got this for at-home haircuts and I'm happy with it. It's lightweight and the blades are sharp, plus the battery life is quite good - made the whole process much easier.

I bought these binoculars for hiking and they're great. They're super lightweight, so carrying them all day is no issue, and the image is impressively sharp and clear.

I ordered a Puruxe Steamer on 5th August to take on holiday. It arrived on 18th August but this was too late to take on holiday so I bought another one from a High Street store.

The Puruxe Steamer is still in the unopened box. I am £99 out of
pocket.

If anyone has any tips or advise I would be grateful.

Puruxe are refusing to provide a return address. The are continually stating the below although the 5% is now 20%.

Saw a review of Action Cameras, it had their Camera rated ‘exceptional’ above both the DJI and Go Pro models. So I fell for it.

The product came and it’s the Generic Chinese camera that normally retails for half the price. It is not manufactured by Purexe.

I then found out that the review site is their site.

These are scammers, the product is absolutely useless. Avoid.

The pump took 2 weeks to arrive by which point I had sourced another pump. I emailed the day of receipt to ask for an address to post the pump back to and two weeks later I am still trying to confirm that address. I keep being offered “compensation” instead. The website is clear - a refund can be given if the product is returned within 2 weeks of the date of receipt. I’m now going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company instead.
Terrible dishonest customer service - do not use.

Delivery so slow that needed to find alternative product.
Currently I am being refused a refund after an email exchange taking almost a week.

Clearly a scam that should be avoided-the whole interaction will cost me over £100

I picked this company from Google and received an confirmation e-mail after purchase. After I saw the reviews ( a lot were not favourable)I tried to send a reply which for some reason came up with nothing as if not sent.
However - I got a reply from the company fairly quickly answering my query. Advising my purchase was on its way. They also followed up the e-mail with another giving info. For my experience the company were excellent. The purchases were delivered reasonably quickly and are good quality. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

I've also found them as Puruxe.Electonic HK - proving there is no UK background and its a cheap shop in tin pan alley in the backstreets of Hong Kong

Criminal activity proven, selling cheap Chinese shoddy goods of inferior quality. Refuse to accept return and refund. I have made rightful claim and within 14 days (there policy) EU/UK regs regards consumer contract regs / long distance over internet selling is clear, I have 30 days and a right rto return for any reason never mind that the specification isn't any good

continually refuse to cooperate, deliberately withholding contact details on their website, check it, your wont see contact details - its a mixture of German fronted, cheap Chinese rubbish - refuse to return monies, refuse to provide return address - you will also see negative feedback on Amazon for same reasoning -

The German ghost company is breeching UK/ EU regulations with a deliberate act of criminal theft

dont waste money gher, £79 for arazoz is lost becuase they take your money, refuse to communicate, refuse to accpet returns, refuse to provide return address and you ownt find a UK address or even a German address

criminal activity - must be stopped, they wil steal your money and run. Im a 70 year old pensioner whoc annot afford such loss

I fell for the fake review online for breast pump. Ended up with a cheap product. Asked to return but they make it impossible. Communicating with them it is clear they are not professional. Going to go through credit card to get my money back, can only hope.

This breast pump is easy to assemble and use. It feels more comfortable than other models, and the customizable settings really help reduce the stress.

Purchased on line from puruxe cost £89 to took nearly 3 weeks to arrive once opened I found that these clipper/ beard trimmer are worth nothing like the purchase price very light & flimsy bad quality & battery ran out very quickly the advert says you can send back with in 14 days all I’ve had back are repeat messages offering 5% refund I declined now no contact from them these clippers should be avoided & same applies to their web page rip of company who appear in scam alert on google wish I had stumbled upon this first , avoid this scam they post out rubbish.
