Product was what I was after, competitive price to rest of market, reliable time in posting and receiving with good communication updates from supplier. Some items have a lead time you need to consider because they are dispatched from manufacturer end. I always check this and don't have a problem with this type of onselling transaction. The postal time will vary up to 14 days and if it's waiting in backorder Pushy's send you a reminder to check up the lead time it will take to dispatch or they will send an email to either change, cancel or hold the order because in some situations you can't get lead time on when a product is going to be dispatched due to it being out of stock at the supplier end. Pushy's one of my favourite places to shop because they hold a lot of great products which aren't necessarily cheap but aren't garbage either. So what you buy isn't going to break or deteriorate quickly.

Easy to order from, product range is huge, postage is very fast.

Pushys had all the parts I wanted, whilst the bike shops I visited could not get their hands on them and those who had them charged a bomb compared to Pushys fair prices, with no delivery fee and a speedy turn around from the time of purchase to receiving my order (3 days) Pushy's delivered on all fronts. You got me back on the trails crew.

I have been a customer of Pushy's for some time now. They usually have good specials prices every so often which I take advantage of when I can. So I had to swoop on these Pirelli P-Zero Race 700c x 28mm when they came up.

Shipping times are good. They carry a big range of great stuff. And the pricing is always reasonable

Reliable delivery. However, a recent delivery issue I had was dealt with professionally and courteously by Pushys and the outcome was great.

Delivery was very quick. But having the trainer thrown over the fence instead of taking to local post office just down the road as it said on carton was a bit disappointing. But all working great.

Purchased new tyres and a variety of inner tubes. The order arrived quickly and everything was present and correct. No dramas!

The Brisbane depot is not quite the same scale at the Canberra store. The staff are great but have observed them worn down but the increased human traffic. They have great insight patients and knowledge. This help is why it’s getting busy but you need more . More human interaction and open the bike service department like you did in Canberra. Other wise ur a postage service that just a base shop that delivers what we need no more, dull as an on line retailer
