They make really beautiful puzzles, and their "going out of business" pricing is great! They have been having some problems in shipping and tracking shipments, but it's well worth the wait!!!

Where are my puzzles? Ordered on 1/12/2025…..I received an email congratulating me for getting my order that has never arrived. The only tracking number I received says it is not a valid tracking number. Anna Brown emailed me once 4 days ago and nothing since. Very disappointed and if I don’t get the puzzles than I want my money back.

The puzzle never arrived despite assurances that it was on its way. And they refuse to refund. This is a scam. I'd give it zero stars but that doesn't seem to be an option.
I ordered the puzzle on January 3, On February 6 “Anna” assured me via email that they had resolved their delivery issues and a new order was on its way. Well it’s Feb 23, the birthday for which it was purchased has gone. I want a refund. When I bought from you we made a deal - I send you money and you send me a puzzle. You have failed to hold up your end of the bargain. Just send me a refund. You took the money quickly enough - now send the money back NOW. Without a refund I can only say again THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE COMPNAY

My order was January 31 and February 1 and I still have not received it and it is February 19. I’ve sent numerous messages asking when it should be expected. I just need an answer. Nobody will send me an answer.. I’ve sent emails and messages and tried to call which that was useless because nobody would pick up.

Answered right away with message that they are working on the problem. Then the package came 30 minutes after I sent the problem. Received a nice email after which she was so happy things worked out.

I ordered a puzzle from them a month ago and still have not received it. I received a tracking number, but there have been no updates to the tracking for almost two weeks. I received an email from them a week ago that said "Congratulations - your package was delivered" but nothing has been delivered. All of their emails/ads say 24/7 customer service, but there is no number to call. All you can do is send them an email. They state that they will respond to emails within 12 to 24 hours, but it's been 4 days since I sent them an email and no response. It may or may not be a scam, but it is definitely the worse customer service I have ever seen. I just filed a dispute with my credit card company today.
Update after receiving below reply from Company - I HAVE reached out to your support email - TWICE!!!! Once 5 days ago and again 2 days ago, but other than an automated response saying someone would get back to me withing 12 to 24 hours I've heard NOTHING! How is this 24/7 service? With all due respect I believe the below response is automatic.

I didn’t get my puzzle. It said Feb 11-13. I haven’t got it yet. I emailed them back. I got a response. But I haven’t gotten a response for the other emails. You guys need to tracking.

At this point, I’ve yet to receive the puzzle. It was purchased on 1/25/25.
As of 2/16/25 they are saying that it has been delivered and it was signed for.
I have sent 2 emails about it. No response.
On 2/20/25, I received the Puzzle.
The frustration is still there. They did not reach out with an answer or reassurance.

I can’t give an actual review on the puzzles because it’s been well over 2 weeks since I ordered them and they haven’t bothered to ship them! I bought them for my dad bc he has dementia and his doctor said jigsaw puzzles would be great for him. Looks like I’m gonna have to give up on ever getting mine. How are they allowed to stay on here if all they do is lie & scheme?

I am so disgusted with this company. Not only have I not received my order, the company said they would send another. I have yet to hear from them again. I have asked for a refund of my 73.00 dollars and again no response. I have sent this information to the BBB because I feel they are fraudulent. My original order was done the beginning of January

Ordered 2 puzzles on January 5, 2025 for Valentine's Day. Plenty of lead time. Nothing received. Several emails from "Anna" claiming USPS issues and they would send a replacement order. Still nothing. Puzzlesup then provided a phony tracking number, which the USPS didn't recognize. This company is a total SCAM!! Avoid at all cost.

I ordered puzzles & watched the shipping code. First it was delayed because of weather conditions, per contact person than I got a message it was delivered. Nope! When I contacted the company, they said wait a day, maybe it's in the post office. When I told them no, they said "postage due" their fault, so they'll send another order? I contacted my bank & cancelled. They did ask if I wanted it cancelled & cancelled after my bank did. They misled all along! Very nice on the
phone & via message but? I did receive a previous order, smaller though. My initial info when this one didn't come after a long time was that it was still in route from China than 2 days later suddenly supposedly "delivered". Fool me once...?
Update-"Tracking number says 40 days enroute"
