Excellent speed of service but a warning not every photo makes a good puzzle, consider the subject's focus and definition.

We ordered a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle of a collage of family holiday photos as a Christmas present. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the photos as well as the high quality customer service we received when contacting them. Highly recommended company for us!

I cannot fault these guys customer service, puzzle box arrived damaged underneath the cellophane and a replacement was sent promptly. This was purchased as a special Christmas gift, unfortunately still wrapped and waiting to be given once Lockdown restrictions ease. Looks even better in real life from what I can see :)

I sent in a photo to be made in to a jigsaw for my sister who was struggling for things to do during lockdown. I purposely chose a 'hard' image (1000 pieces) of her black and white dog with a red bandana. She was thrilled!! Now she sends me updates of how the puzzle is progressing .... slowly!! It is hard - lots of black and white! Great service - speedy and high quality goods. Thank you!

Well made. Well presented. Arrived promptly.
Was a little darker than anticipated. I think it might be good advice to make sure picture plenty light enough when sending or maybe they could have lightened it before printing but overall has given us a lot of pleasure. Would definitely recommend.

Puzzle was great but the delivery date was changed several times. As this was a birthday present it was crucial that I received it on time.

The jigsaw turned up damaged which was quite upsetting as it was a Christmas present. Myphotopuzzle did replace it however it still took ages to arrive. They use UPS for they’re delivery service and I found their delivery times and customer service to be poor.

Custom Jigsaw delivered on time and well appreciated.

Excellent service and website is easy to use and design own ouzdd so le. Puzzle was missing a piece but emailed and had response same day to advise a new puzzle would be sent and arrived the following week. Would certainly recommend
