Should have been a red flag when talking the owner Ryan he just kept bragging about his Mercedes, boat, truck, and how good his business is, and how he gets a lot of women from online sites and all the sneeky stuff he does to hide these activities from one of these women that is now his fiancée.
Anyway we agreed on a price got the quote and payed. When the trim was delivered it was only half the quoted amount. He stopped answering phone calls. We had to do a chargeback and we dumped the trim into pvcdirects parking lot.

A complete fake review (likely by a disgruntled competitor).
PVC Direct has NEVER has a single customer perform a charge back transaction, nor EVER dropped off unwanted material in the parking lot. This can easily be proven by records as well as camera footage that covers every square inch of PVCD property. We have an incredible reputation and pride ourselves on honesty, integrity, and customer service.
Personal false attacks regarding spouses is about as low as it gets. This person is clearly unwell and should seek medial help.
Hopefully this gets removed and the good guys can continue to win. Lying, cheating, and stealing should never get rewarded. If you want real reviews, go to Google and see the 120+ 5 stars. Come to PVC Direct and talk to the 15+ employees who love what they do. Come see what we do and why we love it.
It’s not possible to be “ghosted” when you there are 3 PVCD associates that answer the phones all day every day.
I really did not even want to give this sad individual my attention to even write this response, but the way the world works today you have to reply to slander even when it’s 100% false.
