Poor customer service. Won't honour warranty.
I have had my the z20 plus 1000w for roughly 11 months now. The battery is either faulty or very poorly built as I now only get roughly 15 miles from a full charge using pedal assist (was 30-35 when new). Customer service reply once a day if I'm lucky. they are trying to play it off as normal degradation and not honour the warranty. Save your money people. Hopefully my credit card company get mine back for me.

Avoided save your money and shop else where to a company that looks after customers, new battery very late then wired incorrectly could have caused so many issues, don't respond to emails or WhatsApp, try another company

A short trip close to home
Excellent bike, especially for this price point. Delivery was quick, assembly simple (though the manual seemed a bit too generic at points). Good drive, consistent power delivery (which was a worry for all alternative brands, for me). Handlebar can't be height adjusted, so keep this in mind for tall (1.85+ maybe) people.

The delivery was very fast.
I was in Austria and it took only three days to receive my new EVO.I was pleasantly surprised because I didn't expect the package to arrive so quickly.I left for a day, and on the third day, PVY reminded me to sign for the package.Well done, PVY!

Very disappointed (update)
Ordered Z20 Plus 2nd April. Delivered 14th April. Opened box and found damaged paint work and Shimano gear shift. Saddle missing. Reported same day. Was offered saddle in post and 15 euro refund for damaged paint. Decided to build and check bike before excepting. Found brake stuck on so electric motor won't run. Rejected offer and bike. Bike collected today 23rd April
and I await update as to when replacement bike or refund will be issued. Had ordered bike to take on a 3 week UK caravan holiday starting 27th April. Have found dealing with China WhatsApp help desk and the 10 hour time difference very frustrating. Fact they refused to dispatch replacement bike until damaged one returned was annoying...we shall see what dispatch time of replacement is and if a decent offer of compensation for all the inconvenience and missed holiday adventures with an e-bike. Update: 24/April PVY customer service advise that yes the returned bike is with their logistics company, but they wont despatch a replacement bike or process any refund until the faulty bike is physically back at their warehouse. They have indicated that this could take another 10-15 days before I see any progress. I sent all the pictures & videos of the damage and the active faults with brake/motor isolation that were requested and they agreed the return, so I am puzzled as to why a replacement bike cant be dispatched immediately?? Update: PVY has now refunded my payment in full. That process was quick and efficient. So I will upgrade my rating for that. A real shame they weren't more on the ball after the original issues. I have now ordered another bike form a UK distributor.

Shimano not in line. Energy goes and disappear
The bycicle arrived with the Shimano almost broken. I put it in line again. Hope will resist. The front wheel loose air very fast. First 10 km all was fine with energy but now it seems doesn't work good. Level 1, 2, and 3 goes the same. Tomorrow I'll make full charge and see if depends on it. Otherwise I will need to contact the assistance.

Used this bike brand for a while but they are let down so bad when you have to contact them for anything.takes 3 days for a reply or you’ve got multiple ppl asking for the same info to the point you don’t know what’s actually on got an email saying 5-7 days then got told no could take up to two weeks.honestly sort it man…..edit….there is no misunderstanding you say you will deal with it personally how do I even contact you directly???

I bought the PVY Z20 Max just a little…
I bought the PVY Z20 Max just a little over a month ago.
Wheels are advertised as anti puncture and yet gets punctured already even just riding it on roads most of the time
Wheels are not good quality so lets see what happens with the rest after a while.

Bought a Z20 MAX in september 2024.Arrived 10 weeks after delivery.Motor malfunctioned after 4 weeks of use.PVY offered to repair the bike and picked it up from my address 10th Dec 2024 and the thats the last time I saw the bike.
Many E mails later making excuses about no motors in stock…please be patient. Blah blah blah.
Zero attempt to either repair or replace the bike
Basically paid £900 for a bike that lasted 4 weeks
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

It's for customer service only.
For the time being I only can comment on costumer service, they responded me on time and although they didn't have color I want but I changed it and now my order is send to logistics, I only can comment again with new review if my order is reacted on time, so for now for costumer service I will give them 4/5.
