They are telling me I had 1 day free! I paid last week Wednesday and Today 6AM my skip is collected without any notice, I had experience with 2 other brands which they texted me and notified me for the date and time of the collection.
Have used these guys for a while, and they are normally very good. Always use the phone to book, be very careful booking as they have website terms and conditions that are not explained on phone bookings. i.e. they take the skip with no notice, they do it early morning, no notification, no phone call, no door knock, no option to extend. They took my skip half full and offered 30 quid off the next skip booking as an apology (which is appreciated). But i will now need to book another skip Its appalling to be honest. I normally have had my skips with them for around 4 weeks, never had this problem before. You should explain this term on all phone bookings. Its the right thing to do.
