Ordered a fairing for my m/c and paid a bit extra for the quicker delivery. The item arrived well packed and a day earlier than expected which was perfect. The item itself is a decent quality bit of kit with clear instructions and a comprehensive fitting kit. A good all round service.

As an honest review, i am struggling to find any negatives about my experience. I purchased a touring windshield for my NT1100. The windshield itself is excellent quality, a doddle to fit. Great communication from Pyramid. Perfect!

I was sceptical that the item would fit my new model but it did , and it looks fantastic.
My queries were responded to swiftly and helpfully , Karen was excellent.
It’s not Pyramids problem but the lead time was a bit too long , item came from France.
Nevertheless, a great shopping experience and I’ll 100% be back.

Service was top notch but occasionally their products don't meet expectations. I ordered frame plugs for my 1250r and some of the mid size ones have come out and got lost on a ride some were not a great fit. 2 of the larger ones I had to trim dow so they fit correctly. The fender extender is a 5 star for fit, quality and the job it does. I have had quite a few things from them and its usually my go to for huggers, hand guards, screens etc but on occasion their products don't always last. I had 2 rear huggers for my mt10 with of which had to be sent back due to poor design and the product failed. Both times in the same way and the second time the hugger near came off mid ride. These are few and far between considering how many products of theirs I have used over the years

I purchased front and rear extenders for the “mudguards” on my BMWF900XR.
The fitting instructions and supplied fittings were excellent. The units fitted perfectly and match the materials on the bike exactly.

Excellent company and though waiting longer for a screen than the stated time frame the communication as to any delay was very good, at least when a company keeps you updated you don't feel forgotten, definitely recommend.

Phoned up about my order because it was bank holiday a few days before the guy I spoke to was very helpful and within a few days I received my order brilliant products and great service just waiting for something that is on back order.
