The seller communicated with me only until I made the purchase, and afterward they stopped responding completely. They no longer reply to emails or to their Instagram account. More than a week has passed with no updates on the shipment on their website. I also found a Google review stating that this seller is a scammer who does not send the purchased goods

My order was stuck on packed but not shipped, they said they have a certain amount of packages they can ship everyday. I chased them everywhere, live chat, snapchat and email. When it hit 30 december they said oh, we shipped it! but didnt give any tracking number. a few days after that the website is deleted.

I am sure these guys will come back next year to scam more people. lost only £60 so its not that bad but a scam is a scam. Dont be fooled by these people next year guys!

P.S I never write reviews but I had to for this one. I hope bad things happen to the people scamming there.

So. I orderd from pyroking.eu 1 Month ago. The where very helpful before i placed my order. My order Staus is (Packed, awaiting for shipment). THIS SITE IS SCAM. They do not respond anymore even though i write them through snapchat, livechat etc. And PYROKING If you are seeing this, YOU ARE SO DUMB. Your site doesnt even have In German : Impressum. 🤦‍♂️ Go die. I will DDos their site 😉

Don't buy from this site at all, they are scammers! Last year, in these same days, I placed an order on this site; initially they were very helpful and prompt in replying, until I had to make the payment. Once that was done, they sent me an email saying they would ship my order shortly. From this moment on they disappeared into thin air: they no longer replied to my emails and after a few days the same site disappeared into thin air; of course I never received anything. Now, after exactly one year, I realized that these scammers have reopened their site, changing only a few details (last year the site address was "pyro-king.eu", now only "pyroking.eu", without hyphen). As soon as I realized it, a few days ago, I asked one of them for an explanation through the Livechat available on the site, pointing out that last year I had placed an order without ever having received it; they asked me for my order number (which I had kept in one of the emails they sent me before disappearing into thin air), my email address and my postal code; I provided him with this data and, of course, he informed me that there is no order attached to this data. Ridiculous! Also, I asked him why they had closed their site, disappearing into thin air, and he replied that the site is open 365 days a year 24 hours a day! Nice story! If so, why have they never replied to my emails and never sent me the order (which according to them would not exist)? Also, more proof that they are scammers: last year on YouTube there was a video associated with this site, a video that showed an alleged unboxing (blatantly fake) of products purchased from them: the beauty is that this video disappeared from YouTube along with their site closing, except to be reloaded this year (it's still the same), being passed off as a 2020 video! Absurd!
I hope I have convinced you that they are nothing more than dirty scammers who steal people's money, I strongly advise you not to buy from them - this site is fake as are the people behind it and the products they purport to provide. I leave this review not so much for my money which I am now aware of never reviewing, but so that other people do not fall into the hands of these damned scammers!

I was keeping an eye on their site for a few days and today, 31-12-2020, what happened last year has happened again: their site (pyroking.eu) has again disappeared into thin air, as well as the elusive unboxing video on YouTube! I hope you have listened to these warnings in recent days, otherwise, if you have bought from these scammers you can very well say goodbye to your money! I'm sorry if anyone did, but I told you; unfortunately I have already been there last year, I hope you have not made the same mistake as me. In any case, I suggest to keep your guard up for next year too: surely these scammers will reopen their fake site in this period to scam other poor people, only to reappear in thin air again; therefore, if and when you see a site linked to pyroking.eu again, STAY AWAY!
