Restaurant Pizza Napalona in Lodz did not deliver the pizza on the right address, stated in the website.They claim they did deliver, but they did not.They took the money and do not want to reimburse the money.I had to order another pizza, the same evening , which is easy to see on the site,

Good food good delivery

Please do not trust delivery time before ordering vs real delivery time from pyszne.pl & kfc Bielsko biała.

Order went ok with payment completed and then i see my order got cancelled with no reason or explanation.

They constantly advertise reasonable delivery times (i.e 30-40 minutes) and then you wait for 2+ hours.

OR your food doesn't turn up at all and then you have to do 10-20 emails with customer support for them to finally admit they need to refund the order.

It's a pretend business operated by people who don't believe in the idea of giving the customer what they pay for. Granted they offer a service that is difficult to do, but why not advertise honestly that you are probably going to wait for at least 2 hours for your delivery and there is a high likelihood of your order not arriving at all.

Their slogan should be "Take a gamble - Your food MIGHT come"

I didn't get the order I was waiting for more than 2hours and suddenly the restaurant showed the food is delivered...(restaurant champagne in wroclaw) its a total scam there's no option where I can contact the restaurant just an useless AI bot....there were no useful questions like where is my order ?what should I do if I can't get the order?......this is very useless app and I want the double refund from pyszne.pl....

Initially navigating was easy, i was able to find looked for option quite fast, but after paying the bill estimated time for delivery changed for additional 40 min, and no option for order cancellation. Tracking of the order was working incorrectly.

The listed bars/restaurants are a mixed bunch, but the service/company/middleman is okay - they did make a refund for fries that were not delivered, and they listened to all the complaints/requests. You have to be wary of the individual eateries, though! (Been using the site for years, fyi.)

Sadly, they increased their fees even for restaurants that don't use their delivery men, so I have to downgrade the rating from 5 stars to 3.

The delivery was fast - and that’s the only good thing. Food came in DESTROYED. Literally like someone would play soccer with the pizza. I spent 100 PLN to eat pizza, which looks like someone threw it around many times. I am dissapointed and sad - it shouldn’t have happened.

The restaurant where we made the order turned out to be closed until 22.02, and Pyszne.pl presented it as if it was active and we spent 160 PLN and received a spoiled evening, the restaurant does not respond to messages and calls, so I sincerely do not recommend pyszne.pl, now it is not known how we will get our money back

I should have receive my order in 30 min. After 1 hour still nothing - no info, chat is crap, phone line, after checking I'm a client, reject the call. I won't use pyszne.pl. never.

They have created new version of the app. For 15 years they cannot figure out the basic functionality of the app which is the checkout. Addresses get messed up, you cannot move forward in the process, because last time You ordered somewhere different. Then they change the address last minute and you get your food delivered somewhere else.

Problems with my order and no support ! No mobile number of pyszne.pl, no mobile number of restaurant.
I have been waiting for my order much more time than they promised me, and I can't do anything.

The support is some not funny joke my order was planned for 18:40 and i havent recieved any updated since then i cant contact any chat with support or anything i can only read some automatically generated answers. For sure i'm changing to other apps

Pizza was amazing, very nice smell and very tasty!☺ I ordered first time and I will! My sincere recommendation for all who likes pizza so much like me, it was delicious!:)
