Not honest
I talked to james yesterday he said the price of the car lower down by 900£ with the dealer, so I happy to go with it. Today I made a deposit at the dealer then james told me he made a mistake that the car should be at the original price with no discount. Then I ask him how much altogether I need to pay to lender he replied at 5000£. Later he sent me the doc then I found in the doc it was 6000£. I think this company is not trustworthy and I choose another finance company

Upon reviewing your application, we noted that the initial cash price of £3,099 was entered into our system, whereas the actual vehicle price at the dealership was £3,999. James has acknowledged that this discrepancy may have resulted from either a human input error or a miscommunication from the dealership. Based on the original figure, the finance terms and total amount payable that were initially provided were correct. However, when the correct vehicle price was confirmed, the finance terms naturally changed — including your monthly payments and the overall total payable.
We want to assure you that there was no intention to mislead or deceive. Transparency is a core value at Q-Finance, and as soon as the discrepancy came to light, we took immediate steps to clarify and rectify the situation.
While we regret that your experience did not reflect the high standards we strive to maintain, we are confident this was an isolated incident — as demonstrated by the consistent 5-star reviews we receive from many of our customers.

Overall very courteous and helpful. One or two little hiccups which may even on our part be to blame as we were not used to have dealings with an intermediary broker. Overall Sarah couldn't have been more helpful in securing as car finance.

Fairly good experience
The forms were easy to sign and communication was generally good from company. However I was unable to go further than clicking the link that was texted to me to verify my id. I kept getting either an error message or message that my phone didn't have enough memory, which wasn't the case. Perhaps a better method of verification or back up method might be better in future?

No hassle, all straight forward, highly recommended
Very straight forward, no hassle. When asked to change the term of the finance all was done with a great attitude not like a chore. Got competitive APR to other big fish in the pond and end up with a very attractive deal. I'm terrible with names but all 3 people I had a chance to talk to were professional and helpful. At least you could feel they want to close that deal with you and make you happy as a customer. Definitely will consider this company in the future at the first place before trying to go somewhere else.
