I bought one of their watches 28 may…

I bought one of their watches 28 may 2026, it was supposed to be delivered by 29 June but it wasn’t. I have emailed them multiple times and they replied by saying that it’s busy and they will do their best to have it before 25 July because I will go on vacation 25 July. It didn’t come before my vacation and when I returned 18 August, it still wasn’t here. Since then they haven’t replied to any of my emails. Now it’s 21 sep. I am willing to remove this review once I receive the watch.

Edit: I randomly received the watch 2 days after I left this review still with no response to my email, but I’m glad it finally arrived
